”Bellissima esperienza, perfetto per chi come noi cercava relax in un contesto speciale, vista mozzafiato. Posizione comoda lontano dal caos ma (con macchina) a 5 minuti da tutto l'occorrente. Il nostro canetto si è divertito molto avendo uno spazio esterno dove poter giocare liberamente.Massimo, il proprietario, è stato veramente molto discreto, cordiale e disponibile. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk en komen dagelijks even kijken bij het zwembad en stonden altijd voor je klaar als er iets was. Het is. Zeker een aanrader, Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie die we mogen hebben in het huis. Groetjes Familie Bos”

”beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

”The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”

”Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in Stefanias Haus verbracht. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber gehalten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort. Stefania ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allem, was ein italienisches Frühstück erfordert ausgestattet und uns zum Abschied sogar noch mit ein leckeren Kuchen verwöhnt hat. Bei Problemen war sie in kürzester Zeit für uns da. Wir können diese Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ort Città della Pieve im herrlichen...

It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.”

”We spent a fantastic and relaxing week in Maria‘s house. The pool and the wide area provide excellent conditions for the kids to play and have fun. We really appreciated the pool bing surrounded by a fence. The kitchen and the grill area are well equipped to cook some nice Italian dish. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds.Maria is always available in case anything needed and always has helpful recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants and everything else. We would recommend this...
