When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. Aparment was very cold because somebody left door open and inside was same temperature like outside. Door was open because lock did not worked. Reception was closed and nobody answered to phone so there was not possible to get right apartment. Inside was also smell of urea. ”
