”Surprised by the $20 fee to park. Nothing else around. Parking lot was mostly empty. Went there in the summer, not ski season”

”The room was so beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and the parking facility was conveniently located a few steps from the hotel entrance. The backside access to the shops and restaurants made our stay so pleasant. My family and I will definitely stay here again soon.”

”The bath tub was dirty, it actually had a ring around it. To make matters worse, it didn't drain well so taking a shower resulted in standing in water in a dirty tub. The hand sink leaked, the workout room was being used for storage and was not available, and the hot tub did work and was closed. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.”

”My boyfriend and I stayed there this past week, and it was lovely! We had to check in late, and Aileen answered late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views too!”

”From the moment I arrived to check in, I had to wait about 10 minutes for a staff member to appear. When she finally arrived, the girl was very rude. For breakfast, they only have bagels and coffee, however, they didn't have any coffee cups and simply said there weren't any!”

”When I booked I was told parking was free. They are now charging $35/car daily. Hotel is outdated. No air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Condo is very small. We were put in a room for disabled which we didn’t request. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the shower was small and kept flooding the bathroom no matter what we did to avoid it. Not the most pleasant stay for me.”
