- Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
- If you need to modify these times, please contact us in advance.

- The accommodation is reserved for the number of people specified in the booking.
- Additional visitors or parties are not allowed.

3. **Respect for the Neighborhood**
- Respect the peaceful environment, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Avoid making loud noises.

- Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and other equipment.
- Report any damages or issues immediately during your stay.
- Towels and bed linens are for use within the accommodation only.

5. **Cleanliness and Waste**

One week before your arrival:
You will receive an email with two important items:

Welcome Book: Includes detailed information about the property and helpful tips for your stay.
Guest Registration Link: This registration is mandatory according to regulations. Please complete the form before your arrival.

On the day of arrival:
You will receive a message with detailed instructions for entering the property.
A missed call will be made to the number provided, from the mobile phone used for the booking. You will then be able to open the gate. Once inside the plot, you will find a security box where the keys to the accommodation are located. Enter the code we will provide in the instructions to open it.
