Everything about this property was perfect. Our host Paula was outstanding, she really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything and more that we needed. If you are looking a place to lodge in this area I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint!

Whole family agreed that this was the best stocked and "everything you need" VRBO we have stayed at, ever! Paula had great communication and responded quickly whenever we messaged. The food and snacks that are available for guests are superb and unlike any stay we have had. The location is a bit remote, great for us, some might not like, but you can get to places within 15 minutes or larger cities in under an hour, the Interstate in nearby for easy access. Lexington is 45 minutes away. It was cold when we stayed but the location would be great for sitting out on the covered deck and relaxing on a warm day. Again, Paula provides so much and just about anything you might need or forget to bring. And for being a bit of a remote location, the Internet was great if you need it. We would definitely stay here again if we travel down to this area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay allbeit cut short due to weather, can't help that. The house is so cute, warm, comfortable and inviting! The views are spectacular!!!! The variety of food provided by Paula for us to eat far exceeded any other non-hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is well furnished, well decorated, superbly CLEAN! The place is exactly as described and pictures are true. Communication with Paula is great, quick to respond and genuinely nice!! Close to the interstate also. I will be staying here again if I'm up this way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Wow, we didn’t honestly need to bring a thing. Everything was well stocked and felt a bit guilty using some of the food that was available. Awesome place and way better than any hotel!!! A very peaceful farm house. We came to see Noah’s Ark replica, which was a short drive away. Well worth a visit.We should have asked the wonderful host about where to eat. We did try the Mexican place not far away, but we were not impressed. We are from the West Coast originally and it is difficult to find great Mexican food on the East Coast. We reside in TN now.

Overall, excellent! If anything, house was overstocked with provisions we were not expecting! Rooms very comfortable amenities well supplied. Host responded to queries very quickly. Scenery was beautiful, cows were friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Family friendly, wonderful farm location. We had everything we needed for breakfast and snacks. Even the bathroom had everything. The cows were fun to watch and it was very peaceful.

Family trip to Ark and creation museum

Paula was very friendly. Great host. House very clean. Beautiful yard. Paula has everything there for you. She provides food for breakfast and snacks for your dog. Lots of games for the family. Just a great place to stay. I would book this house again. Beautiful sunsets from both porches. Very quiet area.

A PERFECT Encounter!

This property is outstanding!! Paula, the hostess, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She thought of every detail including toys, games, books, dvd’s, cozy throws, comfy beds, snacks, breakfast, and an outdoor game room. There is a lovely patio, and wonderful front porch; both of which have cozy furniture to enjoy a peaceful evening outdoors. The house was spotless! We will definitely return if in the area.

Picturesque Farmhouse

Perfect picturesque farmhouse. We spent a lot of time on front porch smelling Mimosa Tree and enjoying fireflies. Living in the city, you forget the enjoyment of childhood memories of country living. Host went above and beyond with snacks, food and drinks. All kinds of fun games to play. This place was just perfect for our stay and right down the road from Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

We are traveling from Tennessee to New York for summer vacation and needed a place to spend the first night. This property was convenient and great for what we needed. Beautiful and peaceful land. Wonderful and communicative host. Felt like home but cleaner!

We enjoy our stay, everything was clean. The home had a fresh smell upon entering that continued throughout our stay, the continental breakfast choices were excellent. We loved the child friendly home with games ideals. We just love it. Planing to visit next year.

It was the best! So clean and well decorated. It was in a beautiful county setting, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Paula took care of our every need. She provided breakfast food, fruit and snacks. When I had a question, she got back with me immediately. I think it was the best stay ever!

Wonderful place to stay where the hosts go above and beyond

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, peaceful, and cozy. It was a great space for our family. Plenty of room for us. Paula and Cliff were wonderful hosts and go way above and beyond for their guests! The house was stocked with all we could need for our stay, including breakfast food items and snacks! That was so nice! And there were toys and games for the kids to play with too. Even the outside space was lovely! The patio was a great place to sit and enjoy the peaceful countryside and there is an outdoor game and play area. The area is quiet and peaceful and beautiful.The weather for our stay was rainy and there were tornado warnings one day, but we were safe and Paula and Cliff made sure of it. They checked in with us and made sure we knew how to get into the storm shelter if needed. That was so helpful and courteous! We are so thankful for our trip as a family and grateful to Paula and Cliff for their amazing hospitality!
