The open-plan living area is perfect for unwinding, with free Wi-Fi, plush seating, and a serene coastal ambiance. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the charcoal BBQ outside lets you cook up a storm in true holiday fashion.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 Adults and 4 children. There is a trundle bed for guest 8. The sofa bed will be added for guest 9 and 10 (children only).

Bedding Configuration –
1 Double, 1 Queen, 3 Single. 1 Single trundle

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking which includes linen hire and towels (Children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security cameras

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
