”We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior
The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere
A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

”I was very pleased with my stay at the Ithaca Hotel. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located downtown so you can easily walk to Moosewood, Ithaca Commons, the State Theater, etc. The only downside was that I had noisy, upstairs neighbors who kept me up late. The hotel gave me a free, late check out at 1:30 pm to compensate me. I would definitely stay here again. ”
