”Wow not what we were expecting at all. Very disappointed with this hotel. We had a tiny room that was on the 1st floor. With a swamp cooler as the air conditioner. As you know with those style air-conditioners you have to keep the window open. Which then kept the blinds open so people outside could see in to our room. There was a wooden stick in the window to keep it closed for safety. We felt very unsafe. The machine was so loud we couldn't hear the TV or sleep. It also didn't cool the room at...

”Pros: the beds and bedding are soft, the rooms are large. The drink voucher thing is cool and the restaurant has a decent breakfast though insanely pricey. Cons: The staff made it a complete nuisance that I wanted to extend my stay by a day, making it literally impossible to do so! Extremely frustrating. The pool is about the size of a hot tub and has a ton of pool toys, but it literally anyone else is using it there’s no space.”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Spacious suite with large fridge, dishwasher and stove. There was a laundry room in our floor which was very useful. The staff was very friendly and always quickly addressed our needs. The bed and pillows were comfortable.”

”The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The coffee was so distasteful, I poured it out. One of the water bottles had been opened - the seal was broken. One of the creamers had the top - not opened, but partially pulled back. There was no wi-fi for sending e-mail, although I was told that I was connected; a hotel technician came to the room and he could not resolve the problem. So, I had no ability to send or receive email.”
