”Unfortunately this property did not live up to the standards that I am usually accustomed to. First of all it is an old property and they need to update. We reserved 3 rooms... one the door would not close properly and the key would not work. Another room the tv box was broken had to have it fixed...not till next night. Housekeeping does not come in everyday so had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. the breakfast had something to be desired, coffee and juice are there but the other...

”We traveled up 7 hours to attend a family members funeral. The beds were very uncomfortable- hard as a rock. I called the front desk to request a softer bed and was told every single bed is the same. We went to the funeral at 10:30. It was decided that because we did not sleep we would drive home and not stay the second night. I spoke with Expedia and the manager at the Hampton Inn and neither would offer any resolution as far as a refund for the second night. We won’t stay at another Hampton...

”The staff was very helpful and there was a VERY good restaurant on site. However the room was pretty rough and the bathroom was nasty. This is what you would imagine a motel looking like on the inside. However it was close to the interstate and did the job for the night.”

”There is definitely a communication barrier with housekeeping . On Saturday when we returned from town, our room had not been cleaned yet. The gentleman who was helping clean rooms, asked us if we wanted it cleaned. My husband told him, yes and that we needed clean towels. He repeated it and then was ask for our used towels. We gave them to housekeeping. We had to then ask for towels that night bc he never came back with towels. The room was clean but the second round of towels were very dingy...

”It's about what you'd expect from a discount hotel. Staff had issues on check in, not sure if it was because I booked through Expedia or some sort of tech issue. Didn't even try the free breakfast; looked to either be all carb's or microwaved food. Room was good. There's no services on site as far as a restaurant or bar. If you are just looking for a quite place to sleep close to the highway this is it.”

”The stay was great. The feee breakfast was an extra added treat. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were even comfortable.”

”The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. ”

”This place is a very neat place to stay. I am a city girl. So coming here was a unique experience. They have several animals. Sheep, different types of birds. Chickens, turkey, peacock, geese, cattle with big horns, mules or something that looked like a cross between a horse and donkey, Like i said city girl. Lol. But several animals that you get to see and you can tell are loved and well cared for. So it is like waking up in a country tv show. Breakfast was wonderful too. For a city person...

”Carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. We had 3 people and only 2 towels and one washcloth. Motel clerks weren’t very friendly. Won’t go back.”
