Walking distance (less than 1 mile, about 18 minutes easy walk with sidewalk or 4 minutes quick drive) to Market St/the Corning Museum of Glass/Wegmans. This 4-bedroom duplex offers free on street parking spaces at the front of the house (City of Corning ALTERNATE SIDE STREET PARKING rule applies). The house has an enclosed front porch and a shared large back deck for extra entertainment. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and a full bathroom on each floor.

It was a great place to meet up with my daughter and very close to the museum. House was a comfortable and had items needed. The pool table gave us something we could do while we visited in the evening. Host was responsive.

Had plenty of room for all 6 guests. 7 would have been a okay too, we had a last minute cancellation. Host accommodated late check out for us since one of our guest fell the day before and broke her foot and we were waiting for a return call from the physician. Parking was not convenient because we had to park on another block.

The back room off kitchen and the 2nd bathroom was cool. Had to use the extra heater.Also because this is winter, felt the room air conditioners shave been removed. It let some cool air in the rooms.The place would have been the perfect stay if my entire family hadn’t been sick

House was as described. It’s an older house which was a little quirky but fun. Pool table was a bonus. We would stay again. Parking was a little annoying but there were signs everywhere about which side to park on and when. Only thing was there was not any clear information for leaving so we weren’t sure what all to do.

Great base for walking to CMoG

We really appreciated the convenient location and being able to walk to the Museum of Glass and the Gaffer District. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small for our group, but we ate outside on the deck and managed fine.

Amazing location, lovely home

Plenty of space for a family and amenities that made travel with a four year old a little easier like a pool table he was fascinated by and a TV with Disney, Netflix, etc. The location was FANTASTIC, close to everything. We probably could have walked to more things if it hadn't been so hot and my son weren't so young, but as it was most things were a 2 to 5 minutes drive, including a Wegman's where you can get anything you might need. Easy, abundant parking. Check in was flawlessly easy, the host was kind and communicative. Everything was clean and well stocked (towels, sheets, dishes, and even thoughtful details like makeup removal pads). We did not cook, but you definitely could easily do so in the kitchen. Both a deck and a covered front porch. I wish we had had a little more time to take advantage of those nice spaces. There was no central air conditioning which was uncomfortable for me because I am particularly sensitive to heat and it was about 95 degrees every day. My son had no issue - the window units were fine for him, and there were working window units installed in every bedroom and the living room. We have friends who live in Corning, and my understanding is that lack of central air is pretty standard for the region. But something to keep in mind in general for visiting the area in summer if you have heat sensitivity.

Convenient space with pool table

Staying here was a positive experience! We had people from ages 6 to 74 and everyone enjoyed their stay. There are plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The outdoor dining space worked well for us and the pool table was a big hit. Some of us even walked to Market Street and the CMOG to earn all the ice cream we ate! The host was clear, responsive, and helpful. Wonderful stay!
