Located in the oceanside neighborhood of The Villas at Corolla Bay, Ebb & Flow welcomes your family to come and enjoy its upgraded amenities, private pool and hot tub. This home is located close to the beach yet is also convenient to restaurants, shopping, plus other fun activities such as water sports, an adventure rope course, and bumper cars. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
Designed for comfort, the living area has a large flat-screen TV and seating for your entire family. An electric fireplace is available for ambience as guests can take in the views from this side of the house or step out to the sun deck to see the beautiful sunsets over the Currituck Sound. A well-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare family meals and snacks. The bar counter (seats 3) is next to the dining table that can seat 6 guests. A half bath is located by the kitchen.

MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, there is a small den that has a desk and is a cozy nook to stream a favorite film or TV series. There are 3 bedrooms located on this floor which include the King Master Suite that has a private deck and its master bath has a large shower and two vanity sinks. The kids' bedroom has 2 Twin beds and this room shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo) with another King bedroom. Since the laundry area is in the hall, it makes it easy to clean and return items back to each guest too.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Queen bedroom on this level has access to a hall bath (shower/tub combo). A real hangout spot will be the Lounge where guests can spread out while viewing a sports game or other streaming media of their choice; gamers can test their Pac-Man® abilities using the multi-game console. A mini-fridge is at the ready to keep beverages handy and cold. Outside, there is an outdoor shower available to shower off before dipping into the pool or hot tub. Sunbathers will enjoy the pool deck with its furniture for sunning and relaxation around the private pool (10' x 22'; open mid-May to mid-October).

EXTRAS:
Your kids will enjoy the community playground with swings and slides which is close to the home and the community pool is also located nearby for swimmers who want to put in a few laps. Guests may also use other community amenities which include a sand volleyball court and a shuffleboard court. To go to the beach, guests can walk about 1800 feet to the Herring Street beach access or drive and park (free) at other beach access areas in Corolla.
