The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: Life's Good! Welcome to your dream beach retreat in Corolla, NC! Our beautifully updated coastal home offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your Outer Banks getaway. With decks on multiple levels, a private pool area, and a very short walk to the beach, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open concept living space that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. High ceilings & multiple windows create an open and airy space where your family will love hanging out during meals or after dinner. The interior is tastefully updated to provide a modern and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home by the sea.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy for both amateur and seasoned chefs. Grab quick snacks or a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, or gather around the dining table to join your whole family for dinner.



This home boasts 5 bedrooms, including 2 with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated, providing a serene and comfortable space to recharge for another day of sun and sand.



The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, with a private pool area that includes comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a heated pool (Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates). Imagine soaking up the sun right in your own backyard. Climb up the deck steps to the hot tub (located on the mid-level) and unwind after an energetic beach day. Additionally, there is a new Tesla EV charger available for guest use!



Entertainment awaits in the game room, complete with a pool table and wet bar. It's a great space for friendly competition and laughter, providing a break from sand and hot Carolina sun. The full-size fridge in the game room ensures you have easy access to cold beverages and snacks without having to go far.



With the beach just a short stroll away, you can easily enjoy the sun, surf, and sand whenever the mood strikes. Whether you're a beachcomber, a water sports enthusiast, or simply someone seeking tranquility by the ocean, this home's proximity to the beach makes it an ideal choice.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
