Comfortable and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped for your culinary enjoyment, and an office desk and chair are located in a first-floor bedroom for a remote office space. All mattresses and box springs are encased to prevent bed bugs, and an extra refrigerator is located in the garage along with corn hole and children's beach toys. A new living space with loveseats, chairs, and tables has been created on the patio below the deck to avoid the summer heat while enjoying the breezes. If it's an inside day, a bookcase along with a bin in one of the first floor bedrooms has books, puzzles, and games.

(additional games are located in a bin in the first floor bedroom closet).

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, dining room seating 9 with deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Top Level: Large King Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
