”The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.”

”Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast options There is room for improvement in AC system in rooms (very noisy and without de humidifier) and restaurant, being a bit outside Coron city you'll likely eat there for dinner and the kitchen is not top choice in my opinion. ”This place is great however overpriced and not a lot of options for excursions. The food options were limited and they seemed to be out of everything, so it was slim pickings when it came to meals in a remote location. The mountain rooms suck, you can see right in them and so you have to keep the curtains drawn, which really doesn't matter as the view is horrible. ”

”Really enjoyed my stay at Soliel Garden. The staff are very friendly and attentive. My room was very large, great aircon and facilities. The pool is beautiful and well kept. As others have said in their reviews, it’s convenient to the town - a 12 minute walk but far too hot to walk, so you can very easily get a tricycle and the security staff help with this. ”Great hotel, the staff were lovely! They provided flashlights when the storm was coming. The only minus is that you could hear the noise from the corridor early in the morning. Some dust under the beds but otherwise really clean room, nice shower etc. I definitely would visit again.”

”The place is a great distance from the town so very exclusive. They spent two days of our stay cleaning the pool. The WiFi is minimal and I couldn't connect to it from our house. The houses are clean but have no air-conditioning. The restaurant is nice and has good food which is good because you will be eating there alot because it's so hard to get to town.”

”It was really nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. The property also had a small pier...

”This property is very isolated, so pack snacks and even some games. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would’ve been more than enough. The snorkelling on Black Island was fantastic. We did a full day and half day. Felt a bit let down by payment options at the end. Could only pay by PayPal which is the most expensive way to settle a bill. To the management: Please establish a Wise account which is much cheaper for travellers and you. Also need to make sure guests know before staying about payment options...

”Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. ”
