”The front desk was great at check-in. He was courteous and helpful. Only negative during our stay was finding a rolled up sock (not ours) under a chair.”

”Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

”It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. But that is not to do with the hotel and our stay was good, very conveniently located close to the West Edmonton Mall”

”For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. ”Unfortunately, the carpets were wet when I walked in the room. I got my socks, all wet and it stunk. I did try calling, but there was no answer at the front desk. Unfortunately, by the time they called me back I’ve already lied down and fell asleep after driving many hours. I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but I probably won’t return.”
