This coastal cutie is in a quiet neighborhood and just three minutes from all the best Rockport has to offer. Filled with relaxing and delightful seaside decor, you will feel at peace the moment you enter. This three bedroom, two bath home features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a huge L shaped ultra comfortable sofa and is perfect for lounging with a good book or gathering for movie night.



The Space:

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up the days catch or whip up a pitcher of margaritas. The dining room table has seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the attached master bath has double sinks along with an amazing walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

The privacy fenced backyard offers lush grass and is a perfect spot for the kiddos to play.

Enjoy the evening breeze while enjoying a cool beverage on the covered back patio.

There is ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.

For those flying in, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 45-minute drive away. From the airport, you can easily reach the property via car rental, taxi, or ride-sharing services. Once you're here, enjoy the short drive to Rockport Beach and the charming downtown area, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Everything is within easy reach, making your coastal getaway a truly relaxing experience.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the house for the next guests. 'A Wave From It All' is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. You'll find ample free parking on the premises for your vehicles and boat trailers.
