Upea uusi huoneisto Pirates Bayssä! Upea laguuniallas!

Tämä uusi 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuonetta yksi tarina yksikkö on tilava, mukava ja lähellä kaikkia mukavuuksia Pirates Bay. Tilava, avoin keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutila sopivat koko perheelle kerääntyäkseen. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja taulutelevisio. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta ovat molemmat kuningattaret ja oma kylpyhuone. Käytävässä on joukko rakennettuja kerrossänkyjä. Yksikkö tarjoaa myös mukavan tuulisen tavan rentoutua ja ulkosuihkun. Kompleksissa on 2 laguuniallasta, joissa on puistotila grillit omaan käyttöösi, ja leikkipaikka lapsille. Tässä kompleksissa on myös ylimääräinen pysäköinti. Pirates Bay on vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä rannalta. Laite on savuton, astu ulos polttamaan. Yksikkö on hieno kesäasuntoihin ja Winter Texans rakastaa yhden tarinan jaetun makuuhuoneen suunnitelmaa.

Not quite sure what to say other than it was terribly dirty inside. I think Port A Escapes is to blame for that though. I can see the potential for this place but there are better rentals in Port A for similar pricing. We found pubic hair in the shower, there was blood on one of the dressers, the glass partition wall for the shower is wobbly and is a concern when showering or bathing toddlers and children. The floor was so gross that our kids feet were black (literally black) from 20 mins inside barefoot. There was food in 2 of the cooking pans, there were uncleaned toilets, honestly we had to leave. We booked the place for 4 nights and left after the first night. We reached out to management and they returned the cleaning fee. If you ask me that wasn’t enough. But it’s all they were willing to do. I wouldn’t stay in any of these units again.

Awesome experience overall

The unit itself was amazing!! Check in, check out and communication throughout was so easy. One word of caution concerning the location: if you’re flying to port A and staying here, rent a Jeep or other 4WD vehicle NOT a golf cart. No legal way to get to the unit.

Decent place to stay

This is definitely not a brand new condo. It suited our purposes and was clean. One of the bedroom doors was broke and did not close all the way, making it less than convenient when putting the baby down for naps and for the night. The cocktail table was also almost broke and not safe to have around the children. Also some door pulls or knobs on the cabinets would relieve some frustration. Communication was quick and easy. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good time!

Property is nice and clean. Good layout for families. Missing a few basic items in the kitchen for cooking meals so would recommend bringing any cooking utensils/spices you may need. Had a few minor issues on our trip and notified the property management company. They were very responsive start to end and would bring the family back.

Good overall property.

After we got in, the a/c stopped due to poor drainage. The two parking permits we expected were also not provided. However, a couple of calls to the mgmt. company got both issues resolved quickly. The staff I spoke to were very courteous. The only really negative things was that the pool rules were NOT enforced. We don't really care about people drinking and having a good time but the music was loud and there were many, many glass bottles in and around the pool. The latter can be very dangerous.

Perfect for families

We loved Pirates Bay! The property was clean and the check in process easy. We used all the amenities in the home. The oven appeared to be brand new and never used. We used it twice to make meals and the heat from the oven set off the smoke alarms (but there was no smoke). The alarms would intermittently sound off while the oven was on. Annoying but there wasn’t anything to be done in the moment. I alerted the property manager and they said they would look into it. Other than that, the property was wonderful. And the town grocery store (IGA) was well-stocked with everything you would need! The beach was a short 3min drive away. The complex was quiet too. Apparently we had just missed the crowd the weekend before we arrived (Memorial Day), so that was a bonus! We would stay here again!

The entire stay was awesome. The only nervous time I had was better communication day of stay. Being new to the process I was unclear or missed the process of how to check in. A small text the morning of would be great to say your preparing the property and instructions there after. Other than that we had a great stay and property was awesome! Will look forward to coming back.

Great location, close to the beach (about 5 min drive). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/ pans, dish-wear etc. There was 8 adults and we had plenty of room and space.

The place was far from the water-- there was a not even a glimpse. Several calls were made and I was assured there were two bar-b-Q grill's There was none. the community grill was dirty and was rusted. There was no gas grill. The unit was clean but old so appeared dingy. the kitchen well equipped. we made made two call to agency as we were having problems with the stove (oven)..Everyone was pleasant but not responsive. $150.00 of steaks and $75.00 of shrimp were cooked stove top and certainly not tasty We love the beach and love Port A but will look and investigate thoroughly before we go again

Labor Day Get Away

The property management was awesome. We were notified that our rented unit was unavailable due to the A/C needing repairs that could not be performed due to the Holiday weekend. However, we were offered another location at no extra cost. We stayed very comfortably with the roomy condo we were offered. Thank you for being a great host!!!
