The home sits on a large estate lot with plenty of privacy from neighboring communities. The home is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and accommodations, including plush memory foam mattresses in every bedroom, down pillows and comforters, sateen bed linens and plush towels for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 (first floor): Studio apartment with King Bed and Queen Pull-Out Couch with 5" foam mattress and ensuite bathroom and private access to large outdoor porch, patio and pool.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): 1 Twin Bed and 1 Full-over-Full Bunk Bed
Bedroom 4 (second floor): Queen Bed
Bedroom 5 (third floor): Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Extra Bedding: 1–2 Twin-size rollaway beds with 5" foam mattresses and portable bedding for infants or toddlers.

Chef's Kitchen and Dining: The main living floor features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas stove, breakfast bar, wet bar and everything needed to prepare feast-sized meals for your group. The lower studio unit also features its own full kitchen, giving guests extra convenience and privacy.
