  • Tee kestäviä perheen muistoja kauniissa viiden makuuhuoneen, viiden ja puoli-kylpy-kotiin. Täydellinen sijainti Suuri Lawn, tämä henkeäsalpaava uusi koti hyötyy lähes jatkuva Persianlahden tuulta ja varjostettu iltapäivisin. Suuri esiportainen on aivan oikea rentoutumiseen hauskan päivän lopussa rannalla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpyhuonetta ja alakerran kodinhoitohuone, joka tarjoaa välittömän pääsyn yksityiseen ulkosuihkuun. Se tarjoaa myös kaksi valtavaa etukuormaajaa ja kaksi kuivausainetta. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, jossa oma kylpyhuone ja suihkukaappi. Toisessa huoneessa on king-vuode, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja suihkukaappi. Hienostunut bunkroom jossa on kaksi sisäänrakennettua kerrossänkyä ja suihkukaappi päättyy ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Keittiössä ja ruokailuhuoneissa on tilaa 16 hengelle. Ruokailuhuoneessa on suuri, eklektinen pöytä ja pääsee kahteen katettuun patioon, jolta on näköala Great Lawnille ja Dune Park -allas. Ulkouima-grilli on täydellinen grillata päivän saalis ja rentoutua varjossa kylmän juoman kanssa. Keittiö on jokaisen kokin unelma. Massiivinen keittiösaaressa on viisi barstoolia viehättävän aamiaispöydän vieressä, huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja allevievän viinijääkaapin. Kauniisti sisustettu perhehuone tarjoaa viihtyisät istuimet suurelle perheelle, mukaan lukien suuri poikkipinta, jossa on queen pullotuspatja ja 55 "LED-TV. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös toinen bunkroom, jossa on kaksi laivastonsinistä, sisäänrakennetut punkut ja oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. Great family house!

The green space in front of the house makes this one of the best houses in the neighborhood. Our kids LOVE playing pick up baseball games or football every day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second time we have stayed at this property...perfect size for a family with 6 adults and 6 kids. Beautiful home in a fantastic location on the Great Lawn. There were a few significant issues this year that need to be addressed asap..one burner on the gas stove was inoperable..the elevator was also inoperable - a real inconvenience given the main living area and kitchen is on the second floor making transfer of groceries and luggage a problem. There were a few other minor issues that need taking care and we communicated them all to CS management upon our departure. If all of these issues are remedied then I would absolutely highly recommend this property. Access to the Great Lawn, the pool and close proximity to the markets and dining as well as to the beach make this home and excellent place to stay. However I would only recommend to a freind if the repair mentioned were completed. I want to compliment the staff that prepares the property prior to arrival as everything was well cleaned and ready for us at check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in The Shore Thing house! It’s in a prime location that has 2 balconies overlooking onto the Great Lawn. After returning from morning walks on the beach, we stayed cool rocking on the expansive front porch with picturesque landscaping all around. You can easily walk to the social circle for food, live music and other events, too.The entire floor plan is great for a large group of family and friends. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of space for everyone. The 3rd floor loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. There were baby gates available, too. The kitchen was well-maintained and was easy to use. The grill on the balcony is very convenient as well. The house was clean and beautifully decorated while giving a relaxed, cozy feeling.Kelly and the entire Cinnamon Shore staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific vacation. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our next trip to Cinnamon Shore.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided an excellent location on the Great Lawn, first class accommodations throughout the home. Make sure you do a complete walk through and report any damages within the first hour of your check-in. We discovered 2nd floor deck doors closures had previous damage. Highly recommend this property , we had 12 family members - 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 11) and everyone was very comfortable. We parked 3 vehicles in the space provided and had plenty of room for our beach buggy to be parked behind our vehicles. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and all the pools/fitness center are within 3-5 minutes away. The management was very helpful when needed (smoke alarm batteries needed replacement in the master bedroom). I've already recommended this property to friends for their future vacation consideration.

Family Beach Vacation

Being on the great lawn was perfect for the kids and playing with other families kids. The front porch gave the adults a great view and ability to keep an eye on the kids. We walked to the pool and to the movie. Bunk beds were awesome for the cousins. Open kitchen with large dining and TV area was great for family meals at night and playing games or watching TV.

Had everything we needed...except for the fire ants

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was stocked with all the kitchen equipment you’d ever need. Comfy-ish beds and shutters for good sleep. Nice bathrooms and closet space. Not a huge fan of the layout though...all entertainment space is on the second floor. So folks sleeping downstairs were kept up by the stomping upstairs. One of the bunk rooms is right at the top of the stairs and next to the living/kitchen area too. So getting small kids to bed was a chore. The outdoor shower was broken upon arrival. But a maintenance man fixed it the next day. And last but not least...huge fire ants in all the bunk beds downstairs! The kids all woke up with bites and one bed became so infested we had to move. Would not stay here again because of that and the layout.

Great Stay in Cinnamon Shores :)

A Shore Thing is a great house and very comfortable for a large family. Our only complaint was the a/c. The upstairs was warm and hard to keep cool, especially the Master bedroom. Almost Perfect

We loved everything about this property…except 1 VERY important thing. The master bedroom NEVER got cool. Literally every other room in the house would get perfectly cool but not the master so we didn’t enjoy sleeping at night which for that much money is a major disappointment. We won’t be returning…even though we loved everything else about this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this house. It had all the comforts of home and then some. It was close to the beach and had pools nearby. The kitchen had state of the art appliances and the elevator made transferring heavy loads so much easier. My grandchildren had plenty to entertain them. Everything worked and staff was very friendly.

"A Shore Thing" is "A Sure Thing!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year as guests in "A Shore Thing." We love our rental home and hope to return next year! We ran in to some air conditioner problems and plumbing problems but the owners and the management company helped resolve them. For us, the availability of an elevator and the fact that it has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths made it very comfortable for our family.

Reviewer Comments: Great floor plan - great location in the resort property - only criticism was the master bed room was hot (west sun) A/C just could not cool it and the master bath smelled moldy (shower drain). Family loved the house - would rent it again.

Also all of the staff on the property went above and beyond to make sure that everything we needed/wanted was taken care of. We loved everything about our stay so much that we are planning on coming back again in a couple of months. Thank you so much for making such a memorable experience for me and my family.
