Charming 1st floor 1-bedroom condo WiFi, Pool on enchanting North Padre Island

Welcome to OUR home away from home! We hope you enjoy your stay in our fully renovated home and treat it with care. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom.

The space
Our cozy condo (565 sq. ft-good for 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids) is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. You will have to walk up 3 stairs to enter hallway. As you enter our condo you enter into the living room area sofa bed and swivel chair in living room with tv (Spectrum) and wifi. There is a private patio off this room. Our full kitchen has a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig. We provide pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, salt and pepper. Full washer and dryer off kitchen area. Guests have a private bedroom with a comfy King bed and a huge closet (twin rollaway stored) and bathroom in bedroom. All guests must walk through bedroom to get to bathroom All towels, wash cloths (please use black ones for makeup removal), beach towels and soap.
Guest access
Guests are provided a smart lock code prior to their arrival. Code begins at 3pm on checkin day so guests can checkin whenever convenient for them. Code is a personal code during their stay from 3pm checkin to 11am checkout.
