Each unit boasts a relaxing atmosphere where you can rest on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, and step out onto a private balcony to enjoy the sunset. Both condos are outfitted with a sophisticated kitchen that boasts a formal dining table and a breakfast bar. Every bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable bed and a TV for private viewing, and the living rooms have a sofa bed for convenience.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
