On-site amenities include two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, a newly redesigned 9-hole course, a boardwalk leading straight to the beach, and upscale dining.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Full of light and fresh coastal colors, the main living room is furnished with a sofa, comfy chairs, and two 75' Sony LED 4K, UHD smart TVs.

The gorgeous open-concept kitchen has everything needed to cook up a feast with a commercial stove, fridge, and ice maker. There’s room for four at the kitchen island, while a wooden dining table offers seating for 10.

Thoughtful touches include new Sony TVs in each bedroom.

Seashell-themed decor brings a coastal vibe to the spacious master bedroom outfitted with a king canopy bed, chairs, and a 65' Sony UHD smart TV. Two guest bedrooms are each outfitted with a king bed.

Little ones will adore the fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. All rooms also come with the added luxury of a bathroom. An additional half bath is located upstairs.

Kick back on a sprawling patio or enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf from two decks. Make use of the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent -- visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

THE LOCATION

With the beach just a boardwalk away, spend lazy days sunbathing, paddling in the Gulf waters, and building epic sandcastles with the kids.

Walk to local shops, arrange fishing trips at Private Deep Sea Charters (5-minute drive).

Drive 5 minutes to La Barrataria for fabulous bay views and American classics, or take a 7-minute drive to Venetian Hot Plate for traditional Italian dishes.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
