    Village B923, ensimmäinen kerros yksikkö, on ensiluokkainen asuu Texas Gulf Coast - Tule yöpymään ja nauttia yksi ylellinen Village by Beach vuokra-ominaisuuksia. Olitpa sitten viikonloppumatka tai viikonloppu, rakastat tämän perhe-ensiluokkaisen mukavuuden mukavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä. Jokainen laite on sisustettu yksilöllisesti kalustetulla sisustuksella ja tarjoaa ainutlaatuisia sängyn asetteluja ja mukavuuksia vieraille. Mutta on kaksi mukavuutta, jotka jokainen vieras rakastaa… 1. Loistava sijainti aivan rannan tuntumassa ja 2. Upea yksi-of-a-kind allas!

    INTERIOR
    Avokonseptilla varustettu keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailutila sopii erinomaisesti viihdyttävään ja vierailevaan, kun valmistelet perheen ateriaa hyvin varustetussa keittiössä. Keittiön aamiaisbaarissa ja ruokapöydässä on runsaasti tilaa kaikille vieraille. Pitkän päivän jälkeen auringossa ja syömällä hyvää ateriaa rakastat potkimaan jalkasi ja rentoutumaan tilavassa ja viihtyisässä oleskelutilassa. Myös mukava kokoinen taulutelevisio nauttii pelistä.
    Hallissa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja kylpyhuone, ennen kuin tulet vierashuoneeseen. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta. Vain vieressä huone on makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja ylellinen king size-vuode. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on taulutelevisio.

    Liinavaatteet jokaiselle sängylle ja kylpypyyhkeille jokaiselle asiakkaalle tarjotaan. Vähintään kahden yön majoittuminen on tarpeen. Padre Escapesin asiakkaiden on oltava 25-vuotiaita tai vanhempia. Vieraalla on oltava valtion ajokortti tai muu hyväksyttävä henkilötodistus. Lemmikkieläimiä ei ole sallittu

Family Weekend at the Beach

Family friendly property within walking distance to the beach. Was in town for a family party and decided to include a beach visit as well. Was nice to have the option to hang out poolside as well. We had a nice weekend!

We loved staying at your condo. It is decorated so beachy and fun and we loved being right across from the pool and within walking distance to the beach. It had everything in it that we needed. Thank you!

It’s very very clean, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is really good. The washer and dryer work well and the clothes dry super fast. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to cook there, just remember to buy seasoning! :-)

Things like pots and pans that don't sit right on the stove. Maintenance came soon after call to replace light bulbs. Pool area was well maintained.

Loved walking to the beach every day! We did notice that the dishwasher didn’t work and didn’t clean the dishes. The kids’ room has a broken bed and the other one seems like it might be a little unstable as well. The bottom of the toilet lids have gross stains on them. I would recommend replacing. My only other suggestion is to provide more toilet paper for people staying an entire week. All in all, the condo is was awesome, though; and we wished we could stay forever!

This was our second time at this condo and we enjoyed spending the holidays at the beach. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Nothing too fancy but had everything needed to be comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

We loved that it’s a family-friendly property and perfectly located by a pool, bbq grills and a short walk from the beach and drive from restaurants! There’s even a grocery store nearby! We definitely took advantage of the kids pools! Enjoyed dinner at La Palma Mexican and Rock and Rolls Sushi, which we would highly recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bought some Clorox wipes and wiped everything. Washed all dishes before using them. Floor was gross. Bought a Swiffer wet jet and mopped them. Living room furniture was in poor shape. A/C was good. Pool was suspect. Not sure if the dryer is vented to the outside. Beds were fine. It was relatively quiet. I wouldn't recommend this property.
