Tropical treat on toisen kerroksen studiohuoneisto, joka sijaitsee Beach Club -huoneistohotellissa aivan rannan tuntumassa. Voit kävellä mukavalla kävelyllä rannalle tai viettää aikaa upeassa uima-altaassa, joka on kaikkien vieraiden käytettävissä. Haluatko todella rentoutua? Hyppää sitten kylpytynnyriin tai potkaise jalat ylös valtavan huvimajan alle. Jos haluat saada harjoittelun lomallesi, heiluta mukavan kokoisen kuntokeskuksen vieressä ja hyppää saunassa. Kompleksissa on myös langaton internetyhteys yrityskeskuksessa, uima-allas- ja huvimaja-alueilla tai voit hypätä verkossa ilmaisella WiFi-yksiköllä, joka on saatavana yksikössä. Siellä on myös bar-b-q -kuoppia, -pöytiä ja-sateenvarjoja sekä kannella sijaitseva kalastuslammikko ja peitetyt piknikpöydät.

Nuku helposti queen-size-vuoteessa, parivuode tai kaksi erillistä murphy-sänkyä tai rentoudu vain taulutelevision edessä nauttien upeasta näkymästä Padre-järvelle kadun toisella puolella ja etäisyydellä Meksikonlahdelle. Nauti mukava kuppi kahvia tai iltajuomaa omalla parvekkeella, josta on näkymät Padre-järvelle. Voit keittää aamiaisen, lounaan ja illallisen tässä hyvin varustetussa keittiössä ja

Liinavaatteet jokaiselle sängylle ja kylpypyyhkeet jokaiselle vieraalle toimitetaan. Vähintään kahden yön oleskelu vaaditaan. Padre Escapesi-sopimusvieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita. Vieraalla on oltava valtion ajokortti tai muu hyväksyttävä henkilötodistus. Ei lemmikkieläimiä.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and very convenient. The booking and communication were excellent. The only suggestions would be to have more shade options at the pool, and bird control on the deck. It was difficult to spend time on the deck as the birds made messes every time we cleaned it up. Also, we didn't feel the beach was as close as advertised. Overall we were pleased and would be more prepared if we came again.

Great location

Perfect small room for the two of us. Walking distance to the beach and drive access as well. Only issue we had was the building number not being listed on the confirmation. A quick email and we got the answer we needed. Would stay again.

Great place to get away

This is a great place to get away with your loved one. The property is in a great location, the rooms were very clean, and the vibe of the place was awesome. One thing, which does pertain to me but just as a FYI. There is no elevators, so if you have difficulty with steps, request a ground floor apartment.

Will not be coming back

Apartment was dirty with sticky floors and trash on bathroom floor from previous guest. Bookingnwas forn3 people and only left 2 towel sets. Designated parking spot was blocked and i was not botified and as a result had to walk entire conplex to get bags up. When i rea hed out to support inwas told too bad and recieved no help outside them dropping 1 already opened set of "clean" towels outside the door.

Very easy to book, good email communication, called me when I was close to the property to check in, the foyer/stairs to the apartment are horribly dirty with dead bugs/cobwebs/bad smell, the inside of our condo didn’t have a clean smell but didn’t smell badly, a big cockroach was waiting for us in the kitchen though and another one the same area the next day. There was no pillow for 2 guests and no towel for 1 guest. 1 guest opted to use the couch pillow and I called to request a pillow for the 2nd guest. I found a towel and a top blanket in the closet and 1 guest opted to use a blanket she bought. The towels and blankets are extremely scratchy. I recommend bringing your own bathroom towels in addition to own beach towels and a thicker blanket if you’re cold natured. It was nice having a fridge, oven and microwave. We loved the beautiful floor lamp in the living area and used that like a night light for my youngest. It was so peaceful seeing the sun shining through the palm trees in the sunrise and sunset. It was all in all a nice stay.

Perfectly Convenient

I stayed here for a weekend fishing trip and it was great. The room was a little tight with three adults, but we made it work. The place was clean and the car wash station was super handy for cleanup after a long drive on the beach. We had no trouble reaching PINS or Port Aransas in a timely manner, and having a grocery store just down the street was really handy. Special shout-out to Keziah! She was extremely helpful and helped me figure out how to handle my first VRBO rental like a champ.

Pleasant Stay

This property was a convenient location to the beachfront for our family of four and just our size. Our only complaints came from the restroom. The temperature was very difficult to regulate on the shower due to an old knob that is no longer adjusted properly, so daily showers took a bit longer to get started and regulate. The other struggle was with the commode. We had to contact maintenance with what we thought was a clogged toilet; however, we were told that it was just due to the old nature of the toilet/large tank. You have to hold down the handle for a very long time in order for it to flush. Maintenance had to snake the toilet and even struggled getting it to flush, although they said it wasn’t clogged. We were without a toilet for most of the day on our second day with the possibility of a plumber coming out, but it all got situated. Just a suggestion on updating the toilet and shower fixtures, and everything would be perfect!!!!!!

We came down for a 4 day swim meet. The condo was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The condo is super close to a great beach so that was nice. Wish I had more time to enjoy it. The pool and outside rinse station were great. I liked the keypad entry. The only thing missing was the security deadbolt there was a spot on the wall were one was but the bolt was missing.

Great Location! Very close to the beach!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, etc…. Perfect for our family of four. Also has a wash area on the property to wash your stuff and car off after leaving the beach area. We Would definitely stay here again!!!

Not very clean

I expected more in regards to cleanliness esp during a pandemic. It looked like the whole place could use a good wipe down. The bathroom was dated and a disgusting plunder was sitting on the floor next to the tub. At least get one that is encased. No extra blankets in the closet. The patio felt like it was leaning and I was scared to let my little one go out. The bed was hard as a rock. Baseboards had so much dust build up it was ridiculous.

Great!

We were looking for something with easy access to the beach for our family trip and this was exactly what we needed! On the first night (after a long day at the beach) the bathtub would not drain but they were prompt on fixing it. Otherwise great experience!
