Bay Tree B2 is a charming studio condo located on the third floor with no elevator access. Boasting a spacious balcony that offers picturesque views of the Bay Tree courtyard and magical sunset views. Recently renovated, this unit features sleek vinyl flooring in the living area and elegant tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas. 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided.. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve.
