  • Tämä upea upouusi, kolmas kerros, yhden makuuhuoneen / yhden kylpyhuoneen yksikkö on täydellinen pari tai pieni perhe. Siinä on makuuhuone, jossa on unenomainen vuodevaatteet vaaleansinisenä ja valkoisena, sekä käytävään rakennetut kerrossängyt, joissa lapset voivat nukkua viihtyisässä tilassa.
    Sinisen ja valkoisen tärkeimmän asuintilaa on tuulinen, rantakuvio, jossa on puulattia ja sininen pellava. Puinen runko valkoisen sohvan edessä, joka on koristeltu meripeninkultaisissa sinisissä ja valkoisissa raidallisissa tyynyissä, antaa tämän huoneiston häikäisevälle tyylikkäälle tunnelmalle. Rannallinen taideteos ja ikkunaluukut ripustuvat sohvan yli, ja sen edessä on taulu-tv, jota tukevat laivanpäällystetty seinä.

BUT our 3rd floor condo required us to have access to a working elevator that only worked about half the time and even then it was SOOO SLOW. Probably some leak in the hydraulics. We are in our 70's and had our dog so it was quite miserable when we had to move in, move out and take care of our dog's need for the bathroom. Cinnamon shores tried to fix it but never quite did. I'm hoping they've resolved the problem by now. I think we'd return if we were on the first floor and we had our grandkids :^)

This property did not disappoint. Love this corner unit on the 3rd floor. Felt cozy and private. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of supplies to get you started. It was cold while we were there, so it was great that all we had to do was order a pizza at Dylan's a stone's throw away. Go there every year. Customer service is truly genuine and love speaking with these ladies. They truly take care of business when you need them. We will definitely be back!

Not going back

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is very cute BUT this place needs serious maintenance upkeep. Second time I have stayed at this place and rented and once again no hot water. Had to have someone come out on our first night. The chairs also were not maintained that we rented on the beach. The laziness is outrageous. Sand on all the chairs which means they don’t put them up. I had tar on mine and asked for a new one which like don’t put it out if it’s dirty at all come on. The place has potential but won’t be returning until I hear the hygiene and maintenance is better. Off to Destin FL I go for the same price and way better quality. Oh and the place has horrible pressure and filter needed to be changed still.

Our ONLY constructive feedback is that the elevator and stairs are extremely warm and muggy. There’s an AC control out there but it doesn’t appear to be functioning so every time anyone needed to go up or down they were drenched in sweat after —- especially when “moving in” and “moving out”. The condo itself was fantastic though!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a cute 1-bedroom, 3rd floor condo! An elevator close by helps with loading/unloading. The space is well decorated with a beachy vibe, shiplap walls, and a high end kitchen. Overall we’d go back!Pros - 1) Kitchen - high end appliances and fully furnished dishes and serving bowl/utensils for meals at the condo. They also had some spices and coffee pods left from other guests that were handy. 2) Primary bed - super cute and comfy with extra pillows and blankets available3) Location - we loved being right by the pool and overlooking the Town Center, Lisabellas, and the ice cream truck! The noise was minimal and definitely didn’t bother us since most things shut down by 9pm. We loved being able to go out on the small balcony and see the fun going on below. 4) Convenience - this unit had everything we needed: extra sheets and pillows, laundry, dishes and coffee maker. That plus the location made it super convenient for a young family. 5) Decor - I’ve seen other units in Cinnamon Shore and this one stands out with how well it’s decorated and furnished. They did a great job and it’s super cute! Cons - 1) Bunk Bed height - the bunk beds were too high for our 5 y/o and 7 y/o. I’m sure some kids who are daring and love to climb would be fine, but my kids were too scared. The ceilings are very tall and the top bunk was at least 10 ft. high. The bottom bunk was so high my 5 y/o had to use the ladder to get into bed. Needless to say, they slept in the pullout couch instead.2) Bugs - when we got there bugs were all over the bathroom and sinks. They were harmless and most of them were dead but still gross. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful time. Walked the beach and rode the cart. There was a lot of washed up plastic containers and we were wondering it’s source. But, overall, the beach was great. We had some problems with the a/c not cooling but the maintenance crew came and did a great fix. Also, the ice maker was not working but, once again, the crew brought us bags of ice and all was well.

From the moment we checked in where we were greeted with smiling faces to the day we checked out everything was first class. The staff at the pool, the pizza place and even Lisabellas were all fantastic. The condo, "So Long TC" was just perfect for two. We will be back.

CINNAMON SHORES CONDO "SO LONG"

BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX...BEST ON THE BEACH (AND OFF THE BEACH) WITH THEIR FIRST CLASS FACILITIES. TC 10305(SO LONG) WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED. ALL APPLIANCES WELL STOCKED...THE NON-STICK PANS JUST A LITTLE SITCKY. REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK, BUT THE OWNERS PUT A COUNTERTOP MAKER IN PLACE AND IT MADE PLENTY OF ICE DURING OUR STAY.. FRONT DECK DID OFFER A VIEW OF THE GULF...DOWN THE BLVD...BUT NICE TO SEE IT FROM THE CONDO.
