Great Place to stay for our short Getaway!

Condo is super cute and comfortable. Great pool and hot tub Walking distance to beach was awesome surprise. Hope to stay again here.

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. Communication was prompt, condo was clean and cute and it's a very convenient location. Close to beach and one of our favorite restaurants. Would definitely recommend and book again.

First time working with an owner.

We have been going to North Padre Island for 20 years. This was the first time we had worked with the owner of a property. It was a great experience. She was so understand and took care of any problems in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay so much.

2nd stay

This is the 2nd time we (me and my son) have stayed here. You can't beat the location to Whitecap Beach. Check-in was easy and I'm sure we will be back once it warms up.

Just the right level of relax

This place was perfect. It was just enough room for my husband and I to room with my parents. The guys chartered a fishing trip from Dolphin Docks and my mother and I were able to spend the weekend at the beach just relaxing. Spent some time in the pool as well. Everything was so close. The condo was so adorable. We loved all the seahorses and it was so clean. You can tell that they really take the time to keep the place up and we appreciated that. Thanks for letting us in your home, we had the best weekend.

Great location

Perfect size and location. The property was great for a family of four. Great pool and gym. The condo could use some rugs to keep sand from being tracked in. Also, one of the blankets in the closet had sand in it when we pulled it out to use it. Overall this was a great place and we would definitely stay again. I’ll pack a rug or two!

Nice little condo near beaches and restaurants

This was our first experience with a VRBO property. The contactless check-in process was easy, and the condo description was pretty accurate. It was a very short drive to multiple beach access roads, and there were a number of souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. The listing stated a four cup coffee maker, but we found a Keurig in the unit. Updating the listing to reflect this upgrade will help people pack the correct things for coffee, if they didn't plan on buying what they needed nearby. The other bed was a Murphy bed in a faux cabinet that could use some basic instructions on how fold out and fold back in. We figured it out eventually, but without instructions renters run the risk of damaging the bed frame or cabinet. The last issue was that the shower drain was slow, causing water to accumulate in the tub during showers and remaining for some time afterward. Overall, we had a great time in the condo and on the island!

Wonderful location

The condo is cute and cozy. The location is fabulous, if you plan on going to Whitecap beach. There were only a couple things that could use some attention, like the slow shower drain and accurate log in wifi info. (We figured out by looking at info on modem) The poop is nice and convenient located.. It truly is a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Mother’s Day Last Minute Trip

My sister in law and I decided to escape with my nine year old niece for a last minute weekend trip. I can’t believe this cute little condo was available. Since we had a child with us a pool was definitely a requirement. The pool area is great and the hot tub a larger size and right by the pool. Nice and well maintained fitness area. The property itself is a short walk from the beach on a brick path about two blocks to Whitecap Beach. Love the condo and happened to meet the property owners by chance. They are lovely people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing was lacking!

Property not what it appears.

Small dirty condo not even large enough for a table to eat meals at, only 3 barstools at the counter. Bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Dust bunnies stuck to the bedroom walls, curtains and vent. A friend had another unit in the same building could get in by 3PM, me not til 4PM and then I had to call the owner to set the code so I could get in. There should be a universal time for check-in and out. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

Nice place

It was pretty much what I was expecting. A nice place to stay and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated a sufficient supply of kitchen items so we could cook there and not go out all the time. The dishwasher has seen better days, but we just hand washed everything ;) Overall, it was a great!

Beach condo

The property was great, overall pretty clean. Working with the owner was great, easy to communicate and response time was awesome. It was decorated so nicely. I’d highly recommend the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic rental - great amenities, better location

This rental was perfect for a weekend getaway to get down to the beach. Amenities of the unit and property were fantastic. Location was very convenient to local shopping and dining as well as the beach. Would definitely return
