The hotel next door is under major renovation Although closed, you drive through that lot to get to this hotel. Afternoon front desk person was very friendly. Parking is not included in the room price. Small issues such as pancake machine at breakfast out of order and no toilet paper in the mens restroom in the lobby. Biggest issue was the room. Overnight so much humidity built up the floor became very wet. Not damp, but wet enough to soak your socks or require towels to pick up. All our clothes, pillows we brought, luggage and wife's purse felt very damp to the touch when we woke up. They sent someone up to actually mop the floor, but it began again as soon as the AC came on. Not a disaster of a night but we will probably look for another hotel on our next trip.
