Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just minutes from Rockport Beach and a short drive to Port Aransas. Relax under the shaded patio while grilling, playing corn hole, or relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Main bedroom sleeps two in the comfy queen bed with a TV. Guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with two twin bunk beds, 1 Full bed and 1 twin trundle. Enjoy your beach vacation at the Kraken Crib with your family, friends and pets.

Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Beautiful place, lots to do around the house and even at the house. Great places to eat within just a couple minutes. I have nothing but great things to say. Our dogs felt just as welcome as we did which makes my heart happy. Definitely our new spot for when we go back!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here with our little Corgi. The backyard is great as he loves to run and play ball. There are dogs on both sides of the property but they all seem to get along , just a bit of initial barking. The property is just as pictured, living area and kitchen are very spacious, however there is no dining table but there are barstools and a large countertop. My husband and I found plenty of dishes and cookware and we ate all of our meals in for four nights. We did bring our own spices, oil, etc. The house is convenient to Main St. if you don’t mind walking a couple of miles.Would definitely stay again!

Perfect size home, everything new inside. Nice location , we could see the water from the balcony. Overall very good, just looked like either it was cleaned in a rush between guest or ?? Floors, sinks, bath and showers weren’t cleaned, hair left behind. Very nice appliances. Lots of dogs on both sides, lots of barking, I had smaller dogs, but they handled it very well. If you love dogs you will be fine. Very nice neighbors to the right- tried so hard to control their dogs and kept apologizing. Also we accidentally locked ourselves out and property manager assisted very quickly and we were back in in 2 mins- thank you.

Great home and location. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard and running with the neighbors dogs. Great weekend getaway! The one hing we could say could’ve been better was the master bedroom mattress- we found it to be uncomfortable.

we arrived and were met with barks from the neighbors dogs to the left of the property who appear to not be renters but live there. 3 large dogs who run the adjoining fence and bark all day long. Upon arrival we were pleased with the property but met with other "issues" . almost all of the door handles in the unit are loose/detached yet functional. the main bathroom toilet paper roll holder is also broken. There was also debris on the kitchen stools. (We have pictures/video) Overall the whole property is beautiful and we wish we could have enjoyed it however the intention of enjoying a getaway with our furballs is not possible with the neighboring dogs, had it been mentioned in the booking (i may have missed it) it would have greatly swayed our decision to stay here. Our dogs are not barkers and yet the neighbors dogs have made the intention of enjoying the yard impossible. We were able to get a few minutes while restricting our dogs out of view under the patio. We stayed one of the two nights booked and heading back home as our intention was not to be locked inside.The home is beautiful however a privacy fence should be considered. We hoped to have enjoyed a wkend away having quality time with our dogs, the yard was a selling point. We had also sent a message to the host about earlier check in weeks prior to arrival and never received a response. We also text the owner via the contact info left in the property manual in the home and never received any response aswell.

Property itself was great. Beds were not the most comfortable but they were clean. The dogs next door were irritating and were aggressive at my dogs the entire time which it difficult for potty breaks.

Location of property seemed a bit distant from town initially but was actually less than 3-4 miles depending on where we were headed. The area was nice and quiet, the backyard was fantastic for our fur baby! The outdoor deck and patio were wonderful! Would definitely consider staying again!

Great family place!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Nautical Nest! It was spacious enough for my family and our fur babies! A big plus was the cleanliness and openness for my 7 month old to crawl around and play. The yard was big with plenty of room for our German Shepherds. 10/10 will stay here again!

We really enjoyed this house. It has a great set up for families. The backyard was a great place for the 3 year old to play and the adults loved the seating area and hot tub! It was just a 5 minute drive to the beach park. It was a perfect location for us!

My daughters 16th birthday celebration.

We had a wonderful time. In fact my favorite part about rockport was just being at the house, hanging out in the hot tub and playing cornhole. We brought our set but they already had it! We didnt bring our animals but we could have and they would loved it too. Nice space.

Family Fishing Weekend

Our family came to visit, relax, and fish. The house was in a perfect location with easy access to boat ramps and bait. We enjoyed visiting on the backyard porch while our doodles enjoyed running around in the big yard. In the evening we found ourselves lounging in the cozy living room, watching movies, plenty of space for everyone! Great property, clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Coastal Mother’s Day

This is hands down the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever rented and was exactly as pictured/described! What a gorgeous home! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!I brought my Mom to town for a special Mother’s Day. Although our primary reason for visiting was to tour the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi, we did get to spend time around town in Rockport as well. Plenty of things to do and see in both areas. You won’t be disappointed!
