One of the main attractions of this complex is its golf cart-friendly environment. This makes it easy to explore the area and get around without having to worry about parking or transportation. In addition, two boardwalks lead directly to the beach, making it convenient for those who want to spend their days relaxing by the water.
But the amenities don't stop there. The Island Retreat Condo complex also offers two swimming pools, perfect for cooling off on a hot day, and shared grills for outdoor barbecues. For those who enjoy staying active, there are pickleball courts available as well.
Inside the condo #55, you'll find an open living area that provides plenty of space for gathering with loved ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. And when you're ready to wind down, the patio offers a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

No Grilling within 20ft of any building
Parking - 3 Parking Passes per unit. If a guest needs to purchase an additional pass, it is $10/night, per vehicle and they MUST park in the IR overflow lot. Also, ALL golf carts MUST have parking passes and MUST be parked in our golf cart lot.
