First off thank you for allowing me the opportunity to complete this survey. As I do every survey of places I visit. Being a retired Navy Seal Veteran I expected so much more from the staff. Day one check in was halfway smooth the front desk lady had no idea what she was doing. I could tell she hadn’t been there too long or not long on a front desk. Her communication was very short and brief. We check in with no qualms. I requested handicap and hearing accessible like w do anywhere else we stay. The bed was so high off the ground my fiance had to push me on the bed sad yet true. The bottom part of the bed is metal or steel it was very rusty along with the bleached carpet around the baseboard. The lamps had more rust around it I felt like I was back in Vietnam slightly in my sarcastic voice. The bathroom had the handicap handles in the tub which was a huge plus but the toilet kept running after you flushed it out e had to go play with the handle to get it to stop and yet again more rust around the toilet bowl bottom. The view would have been decent if the windows were maintained and cleaned there was bird poop everywhere. The tv kept cutting off the reception and signal was the worse. The day we left I always strip the beds of any hotel I stay in which allows for less work on the housekeeping to learn it was stained with what looked like urine and brownish circles like old dried dead blood. I wanted to express this to the front desk.
