  • PALVELUT: Northissa lomakohteen tyylisiin palveluihin kuuluu kolme ylellistä uima-allasta, kaksi maisemallista järveä, kalastuslaituri, nuotiopaikat, kuntosali, yksityiset hiekkadyynien ylityspolut, nurmipelit, merirosvolaivan leikkipaikka ja paljon muuta! Nauti paikan päällä sijaitsevista ravintoloista, kuten välimerellisestä bistrosta ja pizzeriasta sekä kahvilasta, kun taas Town Centerissä järjestetään tapahtumia, aktiviteetteja ja elävää musiikkia sesonkiaikana ja lomaviikonloppuisin.

    Shore House on upea 4 makuuhuoneen talo, josta on upeat näkymät Lake Colby -järvelle, joten kalastaminen on helppoa suoraan takakuistilta. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on hauska kerrossänkyhuone, jossa on yksi pari erillisiä kerrossänkyjä sekä yksi erillinen sänky ja siitä ulosvedettävä lisävuode. Oman kylpyhuoneen ansiosta lapset voivat helposti pestä hiekan pois vietettyään koko päivän rannalla. Yksityinen päämakuuhuone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa on mukava king-size-vuode, sijaitsee talon takapuolella. Siihen kuuluu oma terassi, jolta voi ihailla auringonlaskuja järven yli, sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi. Toisessa kerroksessa on avoin olohuone- ja keittiötila, joten koko perhe voi nauttia yhdessä ruoanlaitosta. Ruokailutilasta avautuu henkeäsalpaava näkymä järvelle, mikä tekee perheen illallisesta entistäkin erityisemmän. Liikkuminen ensimmäisestä kerroksesta toiseen on helppoa: käytä hissiä tai heitä ostokset hissiin ja lähetä ne ylös. (Hissi ei ulotu kolmanteen kerrokseen.) Kolmannen kerroksen päämakuuhuoneessa on runsaasti tilaa ja mukava pieni kahvinurkkaus. Vie kahvi mukanasi suuren kylpyhuoneen läpi, ja pääset yksityiselle terassille, josta avautuu näkymä lahden veteen auringonnousun aikaan; se oikea paikka aamukahville.

    Shore House on lemmikkieläimiltä kielletty majoituspaikka, eikä poikkeuksia tehdä. Jos lemmikki havaitaan tulevan Shore Houseen, asunnon omistajalla ja/tai Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentalsilla on oikeus häätää vuokralainen välittömästi ilman hyvityksiä, riippumatta siitä, onko kyseessä päivä- vai yöaika.

    Varaukselle lisätään automaattisesti 1000 dollarin suuruinen, palauttamaton sakkomaksu, jos lemmikki havaitaan tulevan majoituspaikkaan. Jos lemmikki ei poistu kiinteistöstä välittömästi rikkomuksen tapahtumispäivänä, vuokralaiselle veloitetaan 300 dollarin lisämaksu päivittäin, kunnes lemmikki on poistettu. Sopimuksen allekirjoittajan vastuulla on tiedottaa lemmikkisäännöistä kaikille talossa majoittuville henkilöille. Jos vuokralaisen ”vieraat” rikkovat tätä sääntöä, oletetaan, että he ovat tietoisia säännöistä, ja maksu peritään. Vuokralainen voi myös olla vastuussa mahdollisista lisämaksuista, jotka liittyvät siivouskuluihin ja/tai asunnossa aiheutuneisiin vahinkoihin.

This is the first home we did not have to call maintenance upon arrival to fix something or call for light bulbs for the lamps. Beds were comfortable and we felt at home the first day. Loved to dine overlooking the pond.

It was clean, comfortable and it had everything we could possibly have wanted. I cooked dinner for my family three out of the four nights we were there and the kitchen included every pot, pan and utensil I needed. The living area and dining room were spacious yet cozy. The king size beds and private baths in each bedroom were so nice. I personally appreciated the personal touch the owners displayed in their beautiful home. The artwork that hangs throughout the house is beautiful. The view off the back of the house is gorgeous. Shore House is wonderful vacation home and we will definitely rent it again in the future!

Perfect Beach House

We started five years ago because our granddaughters were small and our children didn’t want to drive far, so it was the perfect location. We have stayed in five beautiful beach houses, but by far Shore House was my favorite!Shore House is beautifully decorated, perfect location on Lake Colby and the layout of the home was perfect for a family vacation with children and adults. The location was on the lake and close to the game area, restaurants and Great Lawn.The first floor master bedroom is spacious and my son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed the back deck to relax in the morning and watch the kids fish. The bunk room is perfectly located also on the first floor with four beds, attached bath and the girls loved it.We the grandparents took the third floor master, and it was absolutely beautiful, and my granddaughters said it was the prettiest room in the house - all the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious.This was the best stocked kitchen. I took my usual supply of kitchen items and didn’t even unpack them - the kitchen was so well stocked with everything from bowls, utensils, pots& pans, spices, etc.I recommend Shore House to any family that’s visiting Cinnamon Shore . It was perfect.!

Cinnamon shores does it again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in this beautiful home. We have been here and stayed in 4-5 other rentals and this was in our top 2. We loved the 3 king beds and bunk room. We brought two families and grandparents and we had plenty of space. The elevator was an added bonus. Only thing to note-there really isn’t a pantry. There are a few shelves but they are stocked with goodies so not much room to put groceries/snacks. We made it work and it didn’t bother us, but some may want that. Being on the fishing pond was great for the kids. This location is one of the best in the neighborhood in our opinion. Very close to the lawn, on the pond, right by the checkers area, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. We will definitely be back to this rental!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first Port Aransas vacation for our family and Cinnamon Shore was a beautiful location. The house was just as described in the comments. We were purposeful in finding a house with an elevator for a few mobility-challenged guests (including a recent ACL surgery for our son). The Cinnamon Shore staff leading up to our house selection was super helpful in taking pictures of required steps to access the house. Upon arrival, we needed a bit of assistance with the elevator and maintenance was on the ready. The beds were comfy and all linens were practically new, which is a wonderful amenity when you’re away from home. The fire pit and balconies around the home were perfectly appointed and welcoming to our house of 9 guests. We loved the food at Lisabella’s too! We definitely will be back to this community!
