Fully furnished to enjoy a weekend on the beach. The ground floor is a great family space! There is one queen bedroom, and two sets of twin over twin bunk beds in the living room. It also offers a mini fridge for late night snacks and drinks. In the full bathroom is where you will find the washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, and main living room. There is also the king primary with a full ensuite bath. You will also find a queen bedroom and a 2nd full bath on this level. The ground floor is not internally connected to the rest of the home. There is no garage access.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
