A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. If you build up an appetite, on-site dining is available as well at Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and Agave Poolside Cantina. If you have a few golfers in the group, a nine-hole golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way through the resort.

When you find yourself at home base, relax and escape the heat with central AC, high ceilings that give an airy feel, ample natural light, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The full kitchen is equipped with island seating, a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and ample cookware, so everyone can socialize with the chef of the group as tasty meals are prepared. And, when it is time to settle down, the flatscreen TV and plush custom furnishings of the living room will come in handy for a movie night. You can enjoy an outdoor get-together on the large balcony, where a bar table and six stools are available for dining al fresco and serving appetizers.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
