Spread out over three floors, the layout of this home ensures everyone has plenty of privacy while still enjoying communal spaces for mealtimes and entertaining. Brew up your morning coffee or whip up everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then take a seat at the kitchen island or settle at the adjacent table for six to dine or play a few rainy day games. This home also features a main living area with a plush sectional and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

This townhouse also boasts four comfortable bedrooms including one on the first floor with a king bed and en suite bath, two additional rooms with king- and queen-size beds, and a kid-friendly room with twin bunks on the top-floor.

Outdoors, enjoy the view and the fresh air from your balconies, take a short walk over to the two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, or stroll through the neighborhood, cross the boardwalk, and find yourself right on the beach. THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
