The main floor opens up the way a beach house should. The living and dining area share one easy flow, with the kitchen, the couch, and a table for eight all in the same open space. The full kitchen handles a quick breakfast before the beach just as well as a proper fish fry after a day on the water, and the in-home washer and dryer mean you can pack light and rinse the sand off as you go. Out on the balcony, ocean views stretch ahead of a row of rocking chairs lined up to catch the breeze, an easy perch for morning coffee or a slow sunset. Fire up the grill and let the afternoon run as long as it wants.

The real wildcard is the garage. Reimagined as a game room with its own tiki bar, it's where the group lands after dark for ping pong rallies, air hockey, and the kind of friendly trash talk that turns into next year's inside jokes. When it's time to cool off, the shared pool and hot tub give the whole crew a place to float, soak, and trade stories from the day.

There's room for everyone to spread out. Five bedrooms and four full baths give families and groups plenty of space. The primary has a king bed; the second room holds two full beds; and the third has a queen. The fourth is set up for flexible family sleeping, with a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle. The fifth adds a twin daybed, a twin trundle, and a loveseat that folds out to a twin, plus its own ensuite bath.

Outside the front door, it's pure Port Aransas. The Gulf is a short walk or golf-cart ride away, where the beach runs wide and flat, and the community's enclosed dog park is an easy bonus for anyone traveling with a pup. Down at Roberts Point Park, the ferry, the freighters, and the channel dolphins put on a show all day, while the South Jetty and Horace Caldwell Pier draw anglers at every hour. Birders make the quick trip to the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, where boardwalks wind out over the wetlands, and for a longer day in the dunes, Mustang Island State Park sits down the island. When the group gets hungry, downtown Port A's restaurants and shops are only minutes off — close enough that the only real question is who's driving the cart.

- The communal pool is heated during the winter months, typically from early November through mid-April.
- This property is located within the golf cart zone, making it easy to explore Port Aransas by cart. Please note that the nearby beach boardwalk is pedestrian-only, so there is no direct golf cart access to the beach from the home. Guests will need to drive the golf cart down 11th Street to reach a designated beach access road. AvantStay guests also receive an exclusive 10% discount on golf cart rentals.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year.

Parking Details:
- Parking for up to 2 cars, with overflow parking available in front of the condo. Boats and golf carts may be parked together in the designated gravel area.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
