Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with amenities nearby
Property was true to pictures and property management was very responsive. Husband and I stayed in the loft and spiral staircase is narrow but was fine for us. Nice grocery store nearby as well as restaurants, and beach was a very short drive just around the corner. Onsite staff member Marcus was very helpful. The kitchen was perfect with nice appliances and beds were comfortable. The pool was a great way to end each day. Would stay here again and recommend to friends & family!

Great Customer Service
Had trouble accessing the lockbox, called the 800 number and property manager contacted me while I was still on the line with the answering service. Problem was resolved quickly. The room was clean and recently updated, very nice! Atrium was beautiful and provided tranquility after a long day on the crowded beach. I will definately stay here again.

Great Family Vacation
We had a great little family vacation at the beach. We were close to the beach, and the pool offered a nice break. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3 and for the length of our stay (Thurs-Mon). Check in and check out was easy.

Good place needs update
everything was great I would remove rusted bicycles and bbq pit out front of building. Lockboxes were very old and hard to operate. Front gates slammed and made loud banging noise when closed.

Clean & updated with great location!
I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of this unit first & for most, might have been one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. When you arrive don’t let the dated exterior scare you off, the owners have done an amazing job updating the interior of this unit. While we didn’t do any cooking since it was a quick weekend trip for us, the kitchen appeared to have everything you could need to prepare meals. The indoor pool & hot tub were a great addition, especially since it was a chillier spring break weekend than we had hoped for. The pool is heated & of course the large hot tub were relaxing, again things are dated but functional. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Cute little place!
The condo was updated and perfect for 3 people! Great view of the ocean in the morning too. The location was awesome but the facility needs some TLC. The outside is a bit scary and they need to replace the windows above the pool.

Exactly Perfect
Like most properties on the beach, this one looked weathered. However, the listing perfectly described the place and the pictures matched exactly. Kids had a great time in the pool, we were walking distance from the beach and there was a table right outside the place that overlooked the pool downstairs that we sat at in the evenings while the kids swam. This particular condo was beautiful inside and had everything we needed and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to add a pizza pan :) Thank you for the great vacation!
