Condo on täysin kalustettu ja on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon ja ruokailuun loman aikana. Makuuhuoneessa oleva queen-vuode ja taitettava sohva olohuoneessa nukkuu 4 mukavasti. Televisio on sekä makuuhuoneessa että olohuoneessa. Kaapeli ja wifi tarjotaan. Parveke näköalalla lampi. Tämä huoneisto on rakennuksessa sulkeutuu klubitaloon, jossa on uima-allas, poreallas, kuntosali ja kuiva sauna.

The condo was beautiful and the perfect size with everything we needed. The location by the pond is amazing, we got to see so much wildlife. Egrets, ospreys, fish jumping, even a coyote at night. The property is very quiet and the assigned parking is a plus. I will definitely stay here again. The pool and gym area were very clean. Thank you.

Nice location but needs some TLC

I stayed at this condo for the weekend and, while the location near the pond is fantastic and one of the main reasons I returned, there were a few issues that impacted my stay.First off, there was a noticeable mildew/musty smell that greeted us as soon as we walked in, which really set a negative tone for the weekend. The bathroom rug was in desperate need of a wash (or replaced) – it was quite dirty. Additionally, the rug in front of the French doors was also in need of a good cleaning. Another thing I remembered from a previous stay was that shampoo and soap were provided, but they were missing this time around. While I should have confirmed that these amenities would still be available, it was a bit of a surprise since they had been in the past. That said, the condo itself is a nice space, and I hope the owners can address some of the cleanliness issues.

The location of the residence is exceptional, as it is situated just minutes away from the beach, providing convenient access to coastal activities. Additionally, having fishing available on-site is a noteworthy feature. However, a significant concern arises upon entering the residence; there is a strong odor of mold that is quite overwhelming and raises health concerns. The smell is particularly evident in the bathroom around the vents and the shower area, as well as within the bedroom. This musty scent is consistent with mold, and the environment is notably dusty, with visible accumulation on the walls and ceilings throughout the property. Due to the lengthy Drive we chose to stay but to use the location for obvious reasons such as showering due to the overwhelming scent we chose to spend majority of our time outside which was a waste of our money due to us not being able to really enjoy what we paid for because of the scent

Condo is cute and cozy but needs deep cleaning. Baseboards, pictures, couch, lamps are very dusty. Kitchen sink is filthy. Ice maker works but leaks water so it was solid. Shower is very slow in draining. Patio table was very dusty.

Overall the property is nice, however there were peanuts on the living room floor that was there when we arrived. We only had two bath towels, two wash cloths, and three hand towels. It would have been nice to have two for each of us. It is close to the beach which was very nice.

Good weekend Stay!

Booked the "surf shack" but was told few days prior it was dbl booked. Disappointed but, was able to work with the owner and book a like rental. Bed was smaller but, it worked since we were either at the beach or out. All in all it worked out.

Disaster

A cracked, weather-beaten front door greeted us. The door code I was assigned did not work. If this unit had been recently renovated, I’m not believing it. The bathroom sink was rusted and baseboards were rotting. Gnats we’re plentiful and dead bugs were noted upon our arrival into the condo. We were supposed to start the dishwasher before we left. No dishwasher pods in sight. Suffice it to say we won’t be returning.

Place was quiet and close to beach. Only complaint was that when we left and came back an errand etc., almost always someone was parked in our reserved spot. Became annoying after a couple tries.

Condo was great. It needs a new coffee maker as I had to clean it as it was really gross. Also the railings on the balcony are loose. The key to the door outside on patio doesn’t work. The bathroom sink drain plug was out and the drain was really gross. Other than that everything was great

Summer vacay

Over all I was pleased with the place, the pool was just a few steps from the condo so was the bbq pit. The balcony over seeing the pond was nice. Only hiccup I would say would be the ants on the kitchen counter and the shower where it would over flow and take a while for the water to drain. Did contact the property owner to inform them so hopefully those issue where taken care of. Other than that we loved the place it was awesome and would definitely book again. Thank you so much we had a blast!!!

I love staying at the Beach Club and have actually stayed in this unit before. Love the updates they did. Great views and only 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a great stay!

This was a cute place to stay while we visited our TAMUCC student. We had he and his roommate over for dinner and really enjoyed our visit. Loved watching the jumping fish in the pond from the balcony. The pool/hot tub was very close to the unit. Great stay would stay again.

The property was great for the relaxing weekend trip for my husband and I. Short walk to the beach, pool, outside shower for beach wear and was clean and quiet. All amenities were available for cooking and laundry too. We would spend time here again in the future.

Week on the beach

The condo was clean but patio and bedroom had 6 air conditioner unit just of deck. There is no dresser to put your clothes in one 2 drawer nitestand. Have to hang clothes in closet and put rest in baskets. Bathtub refrigerator and dishwasher are old and rusted. Stool was broke when we arrived called and it was fixed quickly.. best thing about room was it was on ground floor. Have stayed there twice before this was the worst of the three.
