    Village I910, ensimmäisen kerroksen yksikkö, on ensiluokkainen elää Texas Gulf Coast - Tule yöpymään ja nauttia yksi ylellinen Village by Beach vuokra-ominaisuuksia. Olitpa sitten viikonloppumatka tai viikonloppu, rakastat tämän perhe-ensiluokkaisen mukavuuden mukavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä. Jokainen laite on sisustettu yksilöllisesti kalustetulla sisustuksella ja tarjoaa ainutlaatuisia sängyn asetteluja ja mukavuuksia vieraille.     Tule nauttimaan katsomasta lapsesi splashing-altaasta omalta yksityiseltä patiosta. Tämä uima-altaan vieressä oleva hotelli tarjoaa vieraille mahdollisuuden nauttia uima-altaasta, mutta my��s yksityisyyden suojasta. Toinen loppuyksik��n etu on, että sinulla on lyhin kävelymatka kahdelle varatulle pysäk��intialueelle, joka on todella mukava näillä lastaus- ja purkamispäivillä.
    Sisällä löydät
    Hyvin varustettu keittiö avautuu aamiaisbaariin, ruokailu- ja oleskelutiloihin, jotka sopivat viihdyttämään suurempia puolueita. Koko kiinteistö on varustettu mukavuuksilla ja rannikkorakenteilla. Keittiön ohi löytyy pesutupa, vierashuone ja sitten vierashuone. Vierashuoneessa on asennettu taulutelevisio, queen-size-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Seuraavaksi on makuuhuone, jossa on taulutelevisio, king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

Beautiful condo with immediate access to the pool and very quick access to the beach. I loved that the reserved parking was directly behind the condo. The condo itself was very nice. High ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, and super comfortable beds made for a great stay. We would definitely book again.

Unit numbers are very confusing since there are a few with same numbers. Only issue was the tv’s kept losing connection and wouldn’t work. We were able to get the one in the living room and master working but the one in the other room never worked during our stay.

Have rented this location several times over the years. Clean, cozy, and pet friendly. Love that it is convenient to parking spots and pool! A few times in the past, although not guaranteed, we have been notified that we could check in early, which has always been appreciated, however this was the first time that we arrived early, and weren't able to check in until almost 15 minutes after. A little disappointed, not in being unable to check in early but not at initial check in. It is stated in the agreement, but it is unfortunate, as the price paid and time of check out doesn't change. A second small inconvenience was that once checked in, someone parked in one of our (2) parking spaces. I notified the property management who responded that they were looking into it. Whoever it was eventually moved and we were able to park in our designated spots. The condo itself is very nice, good size for a family of up to 8. Two bedrooms, (1-master with private bathroom and 1-room with a queen & a twin bunk bed. Close to the beach (WhiteCap). Property & pool is always nice & heated. I think that since it doesn't require a key for entry, there are many using the pool who are not staying there, as it seemed extremely packed. It

Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.

Great place to stay for families

I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

We were a bit disappointed that we were unable to enjoy sitting on the patio due to the excessive amount of bird droppings all over the cushions and table. Felt it could have been cleaned up prior to our stay. The water pressure on the master bathroom sink was little to none and the 2nd bathroom bathtub would not drain. A wifi password was provided but it would not connect. However, loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Will definitely stay here again just not in this unit.

Could use an HEB or Walmart a little closer but there are convenience stores around the corner. We however did run into a problem with the sleeping arrangement. It started that there was a credenza (pull out bed) in the livingroom however one the 1st night 2 of my guest had no where to sleep which was very upsetting for us all! We had a breaker flip for the 2 bathrooms which they did walk us through getting that fixed right away. Overall it was a 4* place for us and we will be staying again in a bigger unit next time.

Perfect getaway

I absolutely love Village by the Beach condos. The locations and proximity to the beach and the clean and spacious pool, just perfect! We did have one small issue this time, where the security guard came around 9:30 pm to the pool area when several other families and we were enjoying the opportunity to enjoy the pool without all the heat. He told everyone they had to be put by 10pm. Having had to resign my agreement:contract, I had read over all the rules, etc. The one in question here was that the pool was supposed to be open 10-10 Monday - Friday but Saturday & Sunday until 11. I spoke to the security guard and explained and he was very dismissive and said "I have to go by the sign". So, it was a bit disappointing and a bit bothersome that we are signing an agreement and although guests must adhere to the agreement, the condo/rental agency does not. Hopefully that will be resolved and sign updated, to avoid others being inconvenienced. Overall, this is still our condo of choice when visiting Corpus Christi.

Great!

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience at Village by the Beach was AMAZING! The property was just as it was described. The home and property was so inviting and relaxing. The short walk to the beach was exactly what I needed. The customer service provided was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended the property to friends and family.
