Beach Peach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal home with amazing sunset views over the community pond. With three levels of bedrooms and room for entertaining, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first floor is a private place for a couple or teenagers to hang out. The bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, nightstands, chair, dresser, and TV. The shared bathroom is located in the hall with a pedestal sink and a shower with a glass door. The open bonus room area is made up of a Twin day bed with a pull-out trundle, end tables with storage, a desk/chair, and a TV. Kids will have plenty of room to stretch out, play, and watch movies. Sit out on the back, covered patio to cool off in the shade.
The second floor is where the heart of the home is situated with a welcoming front porch adorned with rocking chairs to greet you as you walk in. Cook a freshly prepared meal in the kitchen equipped with crisp white cabinets, black appliances, Corian countertops, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Dine at the large table with seating for eight and additional stools for three at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the living room, great for gathering and entertaining while seated on the couch or four armchairs while catching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee or cold beverage out to the screened-in porch with loungers and tall table/chairs to see over the railing and enjoy the birds and wildlife that come to visit. The laundry room holds a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. The second guest room (BR2) contains two Twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom (BR) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV. A full hall bathroom serves this floor with a vanity and a tub/shower with a sliding glass door enclosure.
Venture up to the third floor to the master suite comprised of a King bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, and TV. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a shower with a glass door. Take in the ocean breeze out on the private balcony which overlooks the community pond behind the home and the ship channel to the side.
Mustang Royale is located in a beachfront neighborhood with a shared pool and golf cart boardwalk to the beach. Bring your friends and family to Beach Peach to create new memories to last forever.
