Located just two blocks from the beach in the golf cart zone, Awave from it All & Ocean Devotion are nestled within the desirable Gulf Village neighborhood. Guests will have access to a beautiful communal pool, complete with a shady cabana and sun loungers.

Awave from it All:
Awave From It All Beach House offers the perfect beach getaway, just two blocks from the shore. This spacious 2-story home features 4 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be drawn to the house’s bright colors and beachy charm. The main floor offers a large dining space for 12, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with a center island and bar seating for 4. A laundry room, guest bathroom, and a king suite with an ensuite bath complete this level, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, the second living area features a flat-screen TV and a balcony with beautiful beach views, perfect for catching sunrises or enjoying the pool view across the street. The second floor also has a game room with a pool table, arcade game, and a basketball game, plus two king bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 2 full-size beds—each with a private ensuite bathroom.

Outside, enjoy a grill, dining area, seating, and an outdoor shower for a complete beach experience. Whether grilling, lounging, or taking in the island breeze, this space enhances your coastal retreat.

Ocean Devotion:
Welcome to Ocean Devotion, a vibrant and thoughtfully designed four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom beach house. With a private pool, two spacious living areas, and a layout designed for both comfort and privacy, this home is the ultimate coastal retreat for families and groups.

Step inside to discover a cheerful, coastal-inspired interior with an open-concept floor plan that’s perfect for gathering. The main level features a bright and airy living space with a flat-screen TV, oversized dining table for 12, and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen complete with a large center island and barstool seating for 4. A half bath and full laundry room are also located on the main floor for added convenience.

Ocean Devotion offers three king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone enjoys a private and restful stay. The bunk room is a kid-friendly haven with two twin beds and two full beds—also featuring its own ensuite. One king suite is located on the main floor, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, a second lounge area with a sleeper sofa opens to a balcony that faces the Gulf.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Ocean Devotion: Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
