Sol to Soul 1LC sijaitsee Lost Colony Resortissa Port Aransasissa!

Tämä tilava 4BR / 4 BA Gulf-view -rantamökki on kokonaan uusittu. Koska uusi koti on vuonna 2014, tämä koti on tullut tärkein paikka Lost Colony -yhteisössä Port Aransasissa. Voit kävellä loistavalle rannalle tai lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Port A: n keskustasta. Useat ulkotilat ja kannet tarjoavat erinomaiset näköalat Persianlahden näkymiin.

Vielä parempi? Jokaisessa tämän rannan talon makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja erinomainen tv-viihdepaketti (HBO, Showtime, Starz ja Sports Networks) - mahtava ryhmille!


Tämä koti ei ole yksi vaan kaksi asuintilaa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on mukava vuodesohva, taulu-tv ja pelipöytä. Kaksi makuuhuonetta jakavat saman kerroksen: molemmissa on queen-vuoteet ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi. Loistava paikka yökyöpeleille, jotka eivät halua häiritä muuta ryhmää!

Tältä alueelta, askel oikealle kivettyyn terassille - yksi monista ulkotiloista tässä monitasoisessa kodissa.

Toisessa olohuoneessa, pääkerroksessa, on taulu-tv ja toinen mukava vuodesohva ylimääräisille vieraille. Vieressä on ruokailutila, jossa on tilaa 6 hengelle ja täydellinen keittiö, jossa on kaikki uudet ruostumattomat laitteet! Puhumattakaan runsaasta aterian valmistukseen tarkoitetuista graniittilaskeista, mukaan lukien 4 barstool-ruokasali. (Kaiken kaikkiaan on 10 tilaa ruokailla yhdessä täällä.)

Pääkerroksesta pääset tilavaan Gulf-view-kannelle. Korkea havaintoalue tarjoaa parhaat näkymät talossa.

Kahdessa toisessa kerroksessa sijaitsevassa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuoteet ja oma kylpyhuone. Tämä täysin uusittu koti sisältää myös upouusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, joten on helppo pitää uimapuvut puhtaina!

Meidän kutsuva ranta talo sijaitsee Lost Colony, porteilla lähellä Gulf Coast Port Aransas. Ota lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle rantatietä pitkin, tai vuokrata kalastusretki, ja Castaways Seafood Grill on valmis saaliin.

Ryhmän golfarit löytävät mielellään Palmilla Beach Golf Clubin vain muutaman minuutin matkan päässä tieltä. Pääset saaren Surf-vuokria pitkin ja saat pyöräilyn tai rantakadun rentouttavalle matkalle ympäri saarta. He myös vuokraavat lainelaudat, paddleboards ja kajakkeja! Etsitkö jotain hieman jännittävämpää? Kokeile Skydivingia Skydive South Texasissa 361-945-JUMP.

Jos haluat nähdä ”todellisia” merirosvoja, kokeile Red Dragon Pirate Cruise -turnausta. Koko perhe nauttii laulamisesta, tanssista, miekan taistelusta ja paljon muuta. Perheet rakastavat myös Schlitterbahn-vesipuistoa, joka on vain 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä tästä rantatalosta!

Yksilöiden turvallisuuteen ja omaisuuteen kohdistuvan äärimmäisen riskin takia kaupungin määräyksellä kielletään tiukasti minkäänlaisten ruoanlaittoon tarkoitettujen grilliruokien käyttö 10 ”sisällä vuokra-asunnosta eikä koskaan kannella tai parvekkeella. Rikkomuksista kärsivät suuret sakot kaupungista ja ovat vastuussa kaikista vahingoista ja veloista. Kaupungin määräämien rangaistusten lisäksi jokainen vuokraaja, joka on pyydetty rikkomaan määräystä, menettää 1000 dollarin sakon Lost Colony. A GREAT family vacay property!

The perfect location!! Just a few minutes from town in a beautiful, gated community! The house was perfect for our family of 10, and having a bathroom in every bedroom was a HUGE plus! The kids had lots of room to play and the decks were a great place to take in some amazing views of the gulf! We had an issue with the wifi upon arrival, but a maintenance person was promptly sent out and it was taken care of! I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacay

The house is in a great location, with a beach view from the living area, kitchen and large deck. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Property manager very responsive. Only issues: unpleasant smell in the stairway - possible pest control aromas? Cooking pans could be better, but otherwise the kitchen is well outfitted.

Sol to Soul is NOT a good place to stay.

The property has a great location with a beautiful view & walking distance to the beach, however, that's the only good thing. The patio furniture is broken, there was hair in one of the showers, there were huge cockroaches, the front windows alongside the front door are cracked. We only stayed 1 night & left.

Total enjoy the beach house - there is plenty of space for the 6 of us (and kids) and the walkable location to the beach is perfect. having the pool available is a nice change up from being at the beach everyday. The kitchen provided everything you need for your visit. The bathrooms had clean towels and basic toiletries. The beds were very clean . This place would be perfect if the interior furnace was replaced . Upon arrival the two front windows were cracked and should be replaced. The dinning table has a sticky finish and had debris stuck on it such as glitter. The house has 2 floors with 2 rooms upstairs with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Great Location and Easy Access to Beach

The beds were not comfortable. Our King bed had hammocked and overall seemed overworn/used. The other King bed, the mattress was touching the floor making it uneven. The dryer did not work and the fridge has a leak. The home has too much oddball furniture pieces with the sofas were pretty worn and bent inwards.

Love the place and would definitely stay here again! The unit advertised as sleeping twelve(12). The three hide-a-beds were broken and should not be advertised as six (6) places to sleep. We bought three air mattresses the first night. The tv’s would not work ( two days to fix). Turned out to be an unplugged amplifier In the downstairs bedroom. Killed numerous large roaches. The fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms Is in terrible shape and needs replacing. Numerous light bulbs are burnt out. Outside water hose at the side of house needs replacing, full of holes.

Great views

This was our second time staying in the community. Upon arrival noted sleeper sofa was broken ans was not able to to use it. Entry area sofa had a big rip in back of cushions. But was the worse problem was with all the TV’s, coukd not get regular channels, Netflix was the only thing we could watch, and even at that it was always buffering and would at times disconnect all together, that was a big bummer, 3 remotes for upstairs living room tv. The lack of adequate shower essentials was poor, 1 little tube of shampoo, body wash and the tiniest little bar of soap. Would probable not rent that unit again.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Here are the tips for the owner: give the guest the gate and door code 1 day in advance and program it for checkin/ checkout. (We didn’t receive it until 1.5 hrs after checkin and we were traveling creating even more stress.) also, have an answering service available especially during off hours (we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on day of check in and they didn’t call back until the next day). Add blackout curtains. Add dish soap. Add laundry detergent. Add bug spray. COMMUNICATE!!! With your guests prior to arrival. Aside from that everything else was great

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The downstairs patio was nice but This house needs attention. Both sofa beds need to be replaced as they are not in usable condition. Lights didn’t work in a couple bedrooms. Ceiling fans had no remote so there was no way to change speeds. Unit had not been cleaned properly. Dirty towels left in one bathroom. Trash left in one of the other bathrooms. Did not supply enough towels (not even one per person). Outlet on balcony did not work. Would not stay hear again.
