    Village by the Beach L832 tarjoaa ensiluokkaisen asumisen Texas Gulf Coastilla - Tule yöpymään ja nauti yksi ylellisistä Villageista Beachin vuokra-asuntojen avulla. Olitpa sitten viikonloppumatka tai viikonloppu, rakastat tämän perhe-ensiluokkaisen mukavuuden mukavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä. Jokainen laite on sisustettu yksilöllisesti kalustetulla sisustuksella ja tarjoaa ainutlaatuisia sängyn asetteluja ja mukavuuksia vieraille.     Kun astut ensimmäisen askeleen, rakastat avointa keittiötä, ruokailutilaa ja oleskelutilaa, jossa voit nauttia aikaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Mukava rannikkorakenne on sinusta tuntuu, että olette päässeet todellisuudesta kaukana trooppiseen kohteeseen, mutta tämä rannikon pakopaikka on varustettu moderneilla mukavuuksilla, kuten iso taulu-HDTV, ilmainen WiFi, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut keittiökoneet, TV jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa , pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ja paljon muuta.

    Lemmikit sallittu. Lemmikkieläinpolitiikka: Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja vain lemmikkieläinystävällisissä ominaisuuksissa. Hintaan sisältyy 100 dollaria per lemmikkieläin kaikista 7 päivän tai vähemmän oleskeluista, 200 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 300 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lisäksi lemmikkieläinten siivousmaksu on 50 dollaria 7 päivän tai sitä lyhyemmistä oleskeluista, 75 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 100 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lemmikkieläimet on oltava talteen otettuina aina rannalla tai kodin ulkopuolella. Jos ilmoittamattoman lemmikin todetaan oleskelevan kiinteistössä, vieraalta veloitetaan 500 dollaria. 00 ja sinua pyydetään lähtemään ilman hyvitystä.


    Liinavaatteet jokaiselle sängylle ja kylpypyyhkeille jokaiselle asiakkaalle tarjotaan. Vähintään kahden yön majoittuminen on tarpeen. Padre Escapesin asiakkaiden on oltava 25-vuotiaita tai vanhempia. Asiakkaalla on oltava valtion ajokortti tai muu hyväksyttävä tunnus.

It would even work for a larger family as the sofa bed and hidden bed could certainly accommodate 4 more. The location was perfect, the Village by the Beach complex and unit itself were very clean. The place overall is very accommodating and we were able to bring our dog! I highly recommend this rental.

Delightful condo, convenient to everything

We'd stayed in a adjacent property last year, and this one is just as convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property was very clean and well stocked. (No foods or even spices, but this is standard in beach rentals.) Living area, kitchen, and master were all on the ground floor, so it was easy for people and dog to get around. I give Padre Escapes highest marks for a property management company. We have stayed at one of their properties before and their communication, friendliness, and professionalism are the best and most consistent I've seen. Would definitely stay at this property (or another Padre Escapes property) again.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely condo. There was plenty of seating, and a patio with a hose to rinse off from the beach. The beds were all comfortable, and there was a washer/dryer, which is always nice, as well as a few kitchen appliances. I have two suggestions. The condo had some extra pillows, but not pillow cases for them. It advertised having a Keurig, so I brought pods, but when I got there, it was a regular coffee make. The pool is a few steps down the sidewalk, and the beach is about a 5-7 minute walk. We also appreciated that it was pet-friendly, but super clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: We had a great time at Padre Escapes. The pool was steps away and the adult side was warm. Had a shelf for toddler to play in. The beach was a short walk/drive away. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans and dishes. Loved having a full size washer/dryer in unit. The only cons we had were: toddler pool was not heated, no extra pillow cases, we have a toddler and the patio gate was awesome but would of been nice to have a baby gate at the top and bottom of steps. This was also the first place we stayed at that didn’t have seasonings stocked in the cabinets.

We usually stay at the island house every year for the last decade! but we wanted to try something different. You guys didn’t let us down! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The room was perfect! Everything was more then wonderful! Our entire family fit very comfortably. We had absolutely no complaints! The pool was beautiful the kids loved it! And huge shout out to Emily she was so sweet and went above and beyond! She helped get a bday sign up in the room, as well as a little cake! Emily you are the best! It made her entire day! It was more then appreciated! My daughter was very suprised and she loved it! You guys definitely won us over! We are all talking about our next trip already! Thank you guys for making this trip one to remember with our family!

Place also was not clean as floor needed swept and counters wiped down...beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect Place to Stay!

Everything was labeled from light switches to the shelves for plates, bowls, extra linens etc. which makes settling into a vacation rental simple. The location is perfect! Close to the pool, close to parking spot and walking distance to the beach! We give this unit 5 out of 5 stars!!

Great condo in north Padre

Excellent condo - exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Good location. Nice pool. Great beach nearby - beautiful, clean. Only complaints are (1) the pool can get quite loud with revelers who broke the posted rules a lot (bringing in alcohol, food, playing loud music), (2) check-in was slated for 4pm but the condo was not ready for us till almost 5, during which time all we could do was wait. But those are relatively small complaints compared to how nice this place is.

Great family getaway!

Great experience, very close to the beach! Definitely in walking distance! The pool is great for a break away from the beach and so convenient for a day spent poolside with the family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some time away.

Family vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Two families with three young children were able to stay very comfortably with all the necessary towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were a few negatives worth noting. There was a strange musty smell when we arrived. It eventually went away, but an air freshener or candle might be a nice touch. Also, the temperature of the condo was automatically turned up in the middle of the night before we were scheduled to leave. It became very warm around 8 AM and there was no way to adjust this. That is a big negative for me. If I'm paying to stay in a condo I want to remain cool and comfortable until I leave. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend if the AC issue can be adjusted.
