The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree D1 is studio condo, located near the community swimming pool with a spacious balcony overlooking the ship channel. It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, sofa sleeper in the living area. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our Private Pier. Lounging around our Texas size pool. Barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises/sunsets, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
