Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. The guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
Oversized Vehicle Advisory: 1 average size carport included. Oversized vehicles -PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet/per night. Only 2 pets weighing under 60 lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
