Tropics on Tenth is a remodeled concrete, detached condo with a rooftop terrace that provides a panoramic view of Port Aransas. The first floor is an open floor plan great for gathering the family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, open shelving, a regular drip coffee maker and a dining table with seating for six. For your convenience, the laundry room houses a full-size, stackable washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and extra stools for seating. The living room is adorned with a flamingo-covered wall and comprised of a large turquoise sectional and accent chair, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, a Twin daybed with a Twin pull-out trundle, nightstands and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower. Upstairs you will find an additional living space with a sofa sleeper, two chairs, games and a wall-mounted TV. The bunk room (BR2) is made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, chest and a wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower. The guest room (BR3) contains a King bed and wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4) is made up of a King bed, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and shower. Cool off in the shared pool after a day at the beach, sit out at the picnic table with an umbrella, cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill or venture up to the spacious rooftop terrace with artificial turf and outdoor furniture to enjoy cool breezes and inviting views.

Great experience
This was a great little house, and was very family friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool, PacMan, board games, and the rooftop deck. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to the beach; however, we rented golf carts to get around and it was a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place in the perfect area. Very clean and had everything we needed. Short drive to the beach. Check in was easy and host was responsive. Will definitely keep in mind for future family trips!

Graduation celebration
Great location! Kitchen stocked well! Lot's of games to choose from! Ample Parking! Great set up especially for a diverse group like we were.
Issues were it's a little run down.
Things like blinds broken, glass door cracked, our bottom freezer door was barely accessible(sent maintenance but they couldn't fix), downstairs shower would spin multiple times to turn on and to turn off having no clue what was hot or cold, coffee maker did not work). Management company is supposedly aware of the blinds and door and I reported the other maintenance issues too. The blinds actually cut my son's stomach when walking in the front door where they hung.
I spoke with 2 separate people on the morning I discovered the coffee maker didn't work, nicely asked if there
was a replacement, that I wasn't in a hurry BUT by the next morning. I NEVER got a working coffee maker 😞(I know their
names but I'm not going to put in review). Warning if you bring a full house for more than 2 days, you will NEED toilet
paper., called about that too and was told "they only provide a starter". We were out by day 2 of 4. Would I stay here again?
If traveling with a diverse group needing multiple sleeping arrangement options, Yes! So don't take this review as all
bad......just stating the good, the bad and the ugly!

Great little house, short drive from the beach
We had a good time at the house! Beds were comfortable, short drive to the beach, pool was clean. There were a few things that I do have to complain about, the glass front door was completely cracked and broken and worried me with the kids, multiple blindes were broken, and there was dog pee upstairs on the carpets. There also was no mat by the front door so the floors become very slippery when coming in from the pool or washed feet. The pool gate was also not properly working. The staff was responsive and everything else worked great in the house.

Wonderful beach trip
We had a great time and the accommodations were nice and relaxing. We had the things we needed and we enjoyed the space. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. Some hooks to hang wet towels would have been helpful but we made it work. Plenty of games to choose from. We will come again.
