Reasonably nice but pricey

Good location, especially this unit. Ground floor at a corner. Quiet, nice sitting area in the back with view of the bay. Watch for substantial fees that get tacked on during the booking process, right before you pay -- although maybe it's usual for this area.

Amazing Views.

The property didn’t disappoint. The views and the people were all very nice and hospitable. We hung out in Rockport with the locals and enjoyed their recommended restaurants and local amenities. The bay was clean and beautiful we saw dolphins in the mornings 100 ft from the patio. The pool was steps also from the patio and clean as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Short stay

Overall the pictures on the website were acccurate. Which is why I picked the condo because I like staying in that area. However, I don’t think I would stay again. I may be to picky, but there were a few reasons I probably won’t choose it again. First, the door is impossible to open. The code works but you have to also turn this other knob, plus pull on the door, AND turn the handle all at the same time. It took us a good 20 minutes to figure that out. If you have only one good arm you can use due to having surgery a few weeks ago I had to have my kids help me open the door. There was no way I could open it on my own with the way it had to be done to unlock and open it. Second- the breaker was tripped so we got that fixed. Meaning when we got there the lights and fans were not on. Third there was a dirty fork in the drawer. Kinda disgusting. I eneded up washing al the silverware in the dishwasher later on. Funny thing was the dishwasher was not working either due to the breaker. It finally did work. Fourth is I am not sure when the condo was last cleaned. The floor was dirty under the couch, a piece of popcorn under the cabinet in the kitchen, and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned by the wall areas. By the plugs and cords it had cobwebs and dust, especially by the beds. It was like no one had been in there in a while, which is not what I expected to see.

Great Location

This was a very nice place to stay and is located quite close to many piers. The pier on-site may or may not have good fishing, no one I talked with ever got anything, but you never know if that's the pier or the particular day... It is close enough to all of the other piers so that's not a big deal. I enjoyed it and felt at home.

Loved it!!

There was an event in the area on Saturday evening that we were attending. Because of this, we decided to stay the night. This condo could not have been more perfect for us! The view of the water was spectacular! We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. We truly hope to get back there in the near future. It was a one night girls vacation that we will keep talking about until we get to do it again at which time, we’ll soak it all in once more!!

Rockport Retreat

This condo has the WOW factor. You walk into a beautiful living room and them BAM, Aransas Bay right out the sliding glass door. This is a lovely first floor condo with all the bells and whistles for a great stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great bathrooms and beautiful kitchen that looks right out onto the water. The area is nice and quiet and close to everything that Rockport/Fulton has to offer. We will definitely be back. Great and responsive management.
