This two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom penthouse condo is located on the fifth floor (penthouse) of The Mayan Princess."What A View 502" boasts panoramic views of the ocean, beach, dunes, and the iconic Mayan Princess lagoon style swimming pools.

All condos at The Mayan Princess are individually owned and feature the owners unique sense of style, design, and comfort. They are homes; not just Port Aransas vacation rentals. The owners of Mayan Princess 502 have done a great job making their home just the way they envision and we are so appreciative that they are willing to share their slice of paradise on Mustang Island.

Living Area

What A View 502's living space features Texas coastal living at it's finest. The views and coastal colors let you know that you have arrived! The living area is outfitted with two standard sofas, sitting chairs, ottomans, coffee table, and a large flat screen with Spectrum cable service. There are floor to ceiling windows with solar shade blinds and private access to balcony off the living room. Barnwood tile flooring is through out the lower level.

Kitchen & Dining

The galley kitchen has been completely remodeled with quartz counters, custom cabinets, and stainless steel applicances. There is plenty of cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, and utensils for 6 guests. There is a standard 12 cup coffee pot and many other kitchen amenities. There is dining for six (6), and a couple bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Primary En-suite

The primary en-suite is located upstairs and conveys the same decor from the living space downstairs. Outfitted with barn wood furniture and a comfortable king size bed, this cozy upscale en-suite is sure to impress. There is a large flat screen television with cable television. The en-suite bathroom has been fully remodeled and features a soaker tub with a very unique feature that must be seen. There is also a step in shower for those on the go.

Guest En-suite

The guest bedroom is also upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a bunk bed system with a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. There is also a flat panel television in the guest bedroom.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air from split level balconies, furnished with loungers and chairs on both balconies. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities; including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months).
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.

The Location

The Mayan Princess is right in the middle of Mustang Island, with Port Aransas a ten-minute drive to the North and North Padre Island just minutes to the South. Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away.
