We always stay at Hotel Mercure Fátima whenever we visit, and every experience has been wonderful. On our most recent stay, we were upgraded to an even better room, and the staff truly went above and beyond. Snacks were provided in our room, the food at the restaurant was superb, and—most importantly—they assisted us with a wheelchair for my wife, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable.

”The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . ”This was my second stay in this hotel, having stayed here previously back in 2018. Rooms were still as clean, and beds comfortable, as before. My latest stay was two nights in a family room (3 single beds). Breakfast spread was simple yet fulfilling. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
But what’s most important was the hotel is within a short 5-10mins walking distance to the Sanctuary. It also had free parking near the entrance and in a garage. ”
