”This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place.”

”My daughter and I enjoyed the historical ambiance. It felt like you traveled back in time. Our room was clean, warm, and cozy. The only minor issue was having to share a bathroom, however, since we went during the off season we had it to ourselves. There are other rooms that include bathrooms, just be sure to ask ahead of time. We also got to meet the owner's beautiful dog Mocha. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. ”

”Beautiful property run by lovely mother and daughters. Having breakfast with the family and other guests add to the unique experience in a good way, will be remembered forever.”

”We stayed two nights in Red Baron cabin. The Cabin was otherwise ok, but worn out a little bit. The place was nice with mountains all around. Breakfast was served from 8 to 8.30. The Innkeeper prepared the breakfast herself. It was homemade and different from regular hotels. The bad thing about it was that you couldn´t decide yourself what to have for breakfast. As a whole the place was quite ok but next time I visit Durango I propably go somewhere else”

”The Wyman Hotel was a wonderful surprise — quiet, stylish, and so comfortable. We visited in the off-season when most businesses were closed until May/June 2026, which made the town calm and relaxing. A few nearby restaurants and bars were open after dark, which was perfect. Our room was cozy yet functional, filled with natural light from the many windows. The bronze lighting and detailed fixtures gave it a classy, modern feel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great...

”The Teller House was a wonderful place to stay. It is perfectly located for a few days of exploring the area and the Million Dollar highway. It has charm, was located right on the main street, clean, and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and seamless. We highly recommend it!”
